We bought this for my mobility impaired wife so she could try to strengthen her legs. We went through the offerings on Amazon in this category and I was not impressed with most. It didm’t have a lot of reviews yet, but looked good. As it turned out, the instruction manual was practically unreadable due to the tiny print and poor command of English. The processes described in the tiny print didn’t quite bring the unit up and functioning as it should. The key, though, was the failure of the battery powered remote to function. I put fresh batteries in and tried it. No luck. Okay, try another pair. No dice. Mess a bit with the contacts. Nothing. The unit is pretty much useless for someone like my wife without a functional remote.

I have only had this machine a little over a week and when I used it sunday it had a grinding sound in the motor. I am hoping that when I recieve the mat that I ordered it will help the grinding sound or I will ask how to return it at your expense for another or a refund.

Ready to use right out of the 2 heavy boxes that the manufacturer supplies – should have not requested the product to be double boxed from Amazon now that i wound up having to throw away 3 boxes instead of 2.
However, the print describing the function beside each LED could be somewhat bigger than it is now. Also quite heavy to move around even with the built-in handle and not a very long cord limits on placement of the unit. Otherwise, all good for now considering that it was on sale.

It’s easy to use. Although it is heavy – it might weigh some 40 pounds plus which might be a disadvantage for elders with fragile bodies – it has a user-friendly mechanism. I plug it, turn it on, press the on button twice, and presto. It may be expensive, but it is worth the investment.
