This ring is okay. Looks good, works fine. The app is pretty good. Have no way to refer to accuracy though on most settings pretty much matches my watch. I question the sleep and O2 accuracy but have nothing to compare it too. Hearbeat looks pretty close. Biggest disappointment is the battery doesn’t last. My biggest reason for getting this was to track stuff in my sleep. Just can’t sleep with a watch on. When you are charging it every other day it’s easy to forget you don’t have it on.

This is the best thing because I can’t wear smartwatches or fitbits to work. This ring keeps my fitness in check when I can’t keep count of my heart rate or steps. It’s a little off about sleeping since it assume everyone sleeps nights. But out of ten I give it an 8.

The ring is well made and is fairly light. It’s is very easy to charge and does so quickly. Battery life for me is around 5 days. Frequency of measurements setting can affect that. My frequency of check is every 15 minutes versus the standard 30 minutes. The app is great. Track your sleep, heart rate, activity, and stress & O2 levels in the friendly app. Distance from steps is a little off for me versus GPS but probably to be expected with the variety of shapes and sizes people come in not to mention differing stride lengths. I have had zero functionality issues and everything is very intuitive. I can hardly believe the great value of this product at this price point. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews unless they got a different unit than I did.

Device tracks steps and heart rate decently. Horrible period tracking – can only set when last period ended, and fixed duration. When I updated it for the next month, it forgot the data I had entered for previous month. Sleep tracking could be improved as it decided I went to bed when I was actually going BACK to bed after getting up briefly.
After testing another ring, I upgraded this rating to a 4-star. Compared to another more expensive ring, this one is working very well. If they would improve the period tracking, it would be most excellent.

Watches I wear are Citizens watches. No batteries, just needs light & you wearing it. I zap batteries pretty fast. The ring charges USB but, I have to charge 1 to 2 times a day. My husband has one, while it does last, he not getting his readings even with uninstalling & reinstalling. I needed a size 7 they had size 8, so I wore it on index finger. If you could make one for people who kill batteries I will buy it. My mom is the same way. We both had black. Happy Anniversary to us. Rings we can’t really use.

I got it on sale for $30. And that was still way too much for this. The ring never connects to my phone so it doesn’t track anything, even when I’m wearing the ring it won’t pick up a connection. While it has a low battery prompt what they don’t tell you is that it stops connecting when the battery gets to about 50/60%. I only wear mine at night to track my sleep and have to charge it everyday for it to work properly. Defeats the whole purpose of this ring if you want to track daily health.
