The downloadable software is out of date and my system don’t recognize it! But besides all of that it works great. However, I bought this item because of the software where I could keep track of my steps. If the seller update the computer software this item would no doubt be five stars.

I followed the instructions and could not get it to turn on. So I plugged it in for 3 Hours . The instructions say it only need 3 hours to fully charge. Still can not get it to turn on.

Right out of the box, would not turn on. I must have gotten the one they had. Going to replace battery and see what happens. Back with an update later.
UPDATE: I went to Walmart and bought a new battery 2032 and behold. It works. So far works good. I’m giving it 4 stars because it didn’t work out of the box. There was no battery protector on it when new. So I figured they sent me the other reviewers unit.
