The watch works as it should. It has many useful features. I had it take my blood pressure, EKG, glucose, and heart rate. I can’t tell how accurate it is because I don’t have access to anything that I compare to.
The battery life while wearing the watch is not good. It will run down very quickly if you are using the display and within 4 to 6 hours if you are wearing it. The battery lasts a long time just sitting on a shelf.
I did not use the app. I downloaded it and the first thing it asked was if it could send me notifications. I chose not to since I did not want to use those features. Then it said that certain features would not work correctly if I did not select to receive notifications. I was fine with that so I proceeded to select no notifications. Then it asked me for my email. That’s when I decided not to continue. I know this would not be a problem for some people but I feel it is invasive. Besides, I have no idea who owns the “H Band” app and I’m not willing to share my health or any other info with them.
I have not had a smartwatch up until this point. I don’t know what the standard weight is but this one seems to be quite heavy.

For just over $100.00 this is a great sports watch. It is amazingly accurate (for a wrist monitor) having cross checked its readings with an upper arm cuff type reader. It gives you a reading on all your vitals every 15 minutes (once set to that interval) Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Glucose monitor, ECG, skin temperature, O2 levels. etc. The APP is easy to set up and works fine on an Android (don’t have an Apple phone so no comment on that unit) The only bug bear with the watch is its battery life is around 5 days This for me is due to the fact that I have battery saving mode off and I require ALL my bodily functions checked all the time, so the watch is in continuous working mode. Even while you sleep it still monitors everything. However a more expensive model will be needed if you want a 7 or10 day battery life. It charges to full charge in about 1hr+ so its quite quick in that department. Frankly It’s a good buy for $100.00+

Yes issues, samsung & goggle are killing apps that are processing at higher levels, Putting apps to sleep and yes its very good to save phone battery. Smartwatchs are fine..but the apps need processing without being put too sleep, and this is causing alot of issues as many customers are feeling rip off and poor apps when in fact, it’s what samsung and goggle have done to save your battery from high processing apps the system kills them or put to sleep. So when your Smartwatch gets disconnected and fails to process your data. You can rest assured your app for your watch was killed or put to sleep for processing beyond the threshold set by samsung and goggle.. So before you trash your app developers and Smartwatch producers educate yourself with this app killing or app sleeping within the samsung or goggle operating system for your phone. I did and feel bad because I was ripping them apps for making my experience between my phone and Smartwatch horrible..
