I liked how easy it was to slide out to use, and slide back to put away.
I lost about 7 pounds using this machine.
Sadly, it just broke on me, I wonder if warranty will cover / be worth it?

I was excited when it arrived, but that excitement went away when I started to assemble it. In order to connect the handle to the elliptical mechanism, you need to have 2 nose pliers or very thin, long, strong fingers. Fortunately, I had two nose pliers, but it took me 20 minutes or so to get the little wires connected. It is possible to assemble most of the elliptical by yourself but you definitely need two people when you are connecting the elliptical mechanism. My mother helped me by holding the handle while I was wrestling with the wires. You also need a wrench set or an adjustable wrench. The tools that come with the elliptical are very cheap and the two little wrenches are painful to hold because they are so thin. You can use one of them to help you hold the nut screw if you do not have two wrenches, but don’t use them to tighten the screws. It will hurt your hands.
Assembling most of the elliptical machine was a easy, but my elliptical came with a defect. The screw for the left pedal didn’t fit. I tried several times to make it fit, but it would stick out 1/2 in.
Be careful to not tighten the screws of the plastic pedals too tight. It will break the plastic. Mine didn’t break, but I could see that the screws were digging into the plastic. I had to loosen them a little bit to prevent them from breaking the plastic.
Even after having problems during assembling, I decided to test it. It made a loud sound and it was difficult to get in to a rhythm. It would stop everytime you made a full revolution. I was not able to make it move smoothly. It also felt very cheap and I don’t believe it will last a long time.
Disassembling it was easier than assembling it. After testing it for maybe minutes, most of the screws had come loose. I did tighten them really well when I assembled it, but they didn’t hold. Taking apart the wires from the handle was another workout.
I didn’t bother ordering a replacement. To me, it was not worth the effort to assemble, disassemble, packaging and taking to a UPS store to return it.
I took a gamble when I bought the elliptical because nobody had reviewed it at that time. Unfortunately, it didn’t pay off.

When we first put it together I was thrilled because it seemed to work perfectly but within a week of use the machine was making loud noises and had problems with the tracking of the foot pedals. The customer service reps of the company were very helpful and ultimately ended up sending a replacement which I really appreciate. Unfortunately the second machine is only slightly better (the motion is better but still lots of loud squeaks and creaks). The design and the price are great but i would not recommend.
