I had this exact one about 25 yrs ago and wore it out lol. When I found this, I had to get it. I’m much older now, so it’s a little tougher, but a great workout!

Instructions say remove clear plastic from battery, which there was none, or install battery. There is nothing showing the type battery needed. Instructions are not put together well. Copies stapled together. Dial on stepper seems weak and ineffective.

First off – if you buy this, start off slowly and keep a chair nearby until you’ve mastered a feel for balancing on it. That might take you a couple of weeks. After that, it’s a dream – light weight, easy to store, and it really gives a great workout. You can pound those 250 steps per hour out in a few minutes, and getting 10,000 steps a day with this is a breeze. In my book, it’s wonderful. I’m on my second one. The first I bought over ten years ago so they do last quite a long time. Overall, really good value for the money.

This stepper is very sturdy and provides the amount of resistance I need for a good 20 or 30 minute workout. It’s perfect because it slides with ease underneath my desk unlike other equipment that requires a lot of space. A good price and I’ll recommend.
