I had one of these step machines a few years ago and I found it useful to lose weight and stay healthy. Now that I am working from home, I bought one thinking it will be useful to be less sedentary while still doing work-related things or watching TV, especially in the winter months.
I was very impressed by how far these machines have come, especially given the price. One of the things that bothered me about the original was how loud it was. This one is very quiet and doesn’t disturb your music or television. I also like the digital counter, although I wish it would reset automatically. The rubber tension bands are also a great addition.
Easy to use, pretty cheap, nothing to set up, nice and quiet, fits easily under a desk or table for storage. Very happy with it.

I liked exercising with the knob fully screwed in for an incredible vigorous workout. I do remember to protect my knees while stepping.

I bought this to get in more steps while i stayed home. Not every day is a good day to go walk specially with this heat.!so no more excuses to not hit my daily steps.
Overall It’s a great device, syper easy to use. My kids also love it, they are super competitive so they get a good work out before bed time. feels like it gives a better workout than the treadmill.
Adjustable height provides a good variety of difficulties so that’s a plus because I have kids of different ages (yes everybody uses the stepper on this house).
We really break a sweat while using it and Based on my own calculations(meaning my watch ), calorie and steps tracking seems to be accurate. Easy to put away in the closet.

I recently started working out every day and for the times that I can’t get to a gym I use my new stepper once daily. It’s very good for cardio and a great addition if you need at home cardio options if you don’t have a treadmill. You feel the burn pretty fast so you will be able to get results fairly quickly if you are consistent. I would definitely recommend buying!

Have yet to try the resistance bands, but very much enjoy I can adjust the height on the steps. So far just walking on the highest setting for about 20 minutes I can feel it in my thighs and am sweating. Originally saw similar items on tiktok and after researching, I liked this one is adjustable for a lesser or more intense work out.
I also like it’s small and portable so it’s easy to get out and put away. When not in use it’s in my closet. When it’s out, it doesn’t take up much space so I try to get a 20-30 minute episode of something for the work out. 10/10 highly recommend.

It is an excellent product. I have tried using it for some time now.every one in my home enjoys using it. Really helped to bring in some movement in our daily routine. If you pair with some exercise it is an excellent way to stay in that fat burning mode. Because it is really exhausting to do more than 10 mins at a time . I have also checked it burns approximately 20-30 kcal in 3-5 mins. We are loving this stepper .

It took me a little time to get going but now feel like I get a good workout and like I have a way to workout in my own home. It is easy to store under a desk and bring out as don’t have much space.

I wasn’t sure I would like this stepper, as I wasn’t sure it would work. But I got it and love it. I just pop on, do some steps. It counts the steps and keeps time. I use it on my carpet, and it doesn’t move. I tried it on the map and it did slide. It is pretty sturdy, and works really well. I don’t feel like it will fall apart. It wasn’t too expensive either. I have it set to where I like it and it’s comfortable since I haven’t exercised in a while. I love it, small and light weight to carry around the house. I haven’t used it under a desk, as I am short, and the arm bands seem to be good, but my arms are short for them, but I will try again later. Anyway, buy it!!

I love this mini stepper! It gives a great full body workout & you get a good sweat as well. It was easy to work & it’s not too big. It’s a smooth machine & doesn’t make too much noise when using it. It also is adjustable to that you can step at any angle! This was a great buy!
