I loved it the first day, the second day the squeaking started, and now the third day the squeaking is soooo loud and obnoxious to the point you can hear it downstairs and it just keeps getting worse with the lubricant they send you. Highly upset with this!

I read other reviews of the squeaking and figured I’d give it a try. Maybe I’d have better luck. I was wrong. It comes with a wrench, an allen phillips screw driver, and oil. The tools are used for necessary tightening and adjustments. The oil for yeah… squeaking. It doesn’t work. The squeaking is distracting. Doesn’t seem to be a solution to stop it. Also, I took quite a bit of steps in a short period of time. When I turned it over to oil it, I felt the hydrologic bars, and they were warm. It doesn’t take 15 minutes. Likely recommend slow stepping. I suppose for the price of this, I will wear it out before the end of the year.

I absolutely love this step master machine. It’s light and portable and fits perfectly in my little gym area that I set up. I love so many features on this. I love the fact that you can adjust the height to change your workout. The bands are an added plus to help tone my arms and abs. It’s truly a full body workout. The counter on the machine helps me understand how many steps I’ve done and even gives me estimated calories burned. I love that you can just step and and it’ll keep count of total steps you’ve done. I didn’t realize such a compact machine could give me such a great workout.i highly recommend this if you’re looking for a great workout.

I ordered this so I would have something I could use in my home office for a quick break during the day. This was easy to assemble, though one of the plastic end caps was warped to the point that I couldn’t attach it to the leg of the machine, but I just didn’t use the feet, and it seems to be fine. It came with a felt mat that you could use to protect floors that you don’t want scuffed or damaged by the stepper. It is easy to use, and small enough to fit in pretty much any space. The elastics aren’t very helpful, and only offer one tension, but you do have the option to use them. You can adjust the tension, but I haven’t mastered that yet. Overall, I think this is worth the money for tight spaces or beginners, and I would recommend it.

I love this machine, I get a great workout every time. If you go longer than the suggested time, make sure you use the oil (they provided) because it does start to squeak after a while.
