It was great because it was already put together. The issues I has was one, i didn’t like that I couldn’t adjust it from easer steps to more of a challenge in the step. It came with a handle that is suppose to make it more harder to step but it didn’t work. I also felt like I wasn’t getting a full step in because of how short the steps were.

My daughter just had a baby and wanted something small and compact to help her lose some “baby” weight. She lives in an apartment, so it needed to be something light and something easy to move around. It also needed to be something smaller so it didn’t take up too much space. This mini stepper is perfect!! We both loved that you didn’t have to put anything together. It came already put together and all you had to do was open the box. It has a cool digital display to help you keep track of your steps and how many calories you are burning. It is very compact, which is one of the things we were looking for and is very easy to put away and store. I like that it has different levels of resistance, that way both my daughter and I can use it, but we can change the levels of resistance quite easily, just by twisting the knob. It does come with resistance bands you can use if you like. This is very easy to use and the quality is very good.

Finally got a chance to use this over weekend and here is my honest and unbiased review.
I found this to be somewhat useful, however it does make a weird sound when using, not sure if it needs oil, but it really shouldn’t as it is a new product.
This comes preassembled and ready to go, and my wife I used it for about 10-15 minutes or so for 3 days straight.
The LED display shows 3 basic functions, including total reps, time lapse as well as calories burned. There is also an adjustable setting for increasing or decreasing the desired elevation depending on the individual.
While not bad, it also didn’t move the needle for me to view this as a solid addition to our daily home workout regime. We prefer walking and jogging but this could potentially benefit some people who can’t or don’t have time to either incorporate running / walking or have space for a treadmill or stepper.
There is an included mat that if used correctly should cut down on any accidental damage to your floor.
All in all, this stepper should be useful for some, although we found it to be just ok.

While this doesn’t provide the most effective workout, it is better than nothing. It’s not nearly as challenging as the steppers at the gym, but my muscles feel a bit sore after using it for 30+ minutes so I believe it is doing something.
The machine itself is easy to set up, compact, and easy to move around and store. It’s also easy to pull it out to get my body moving when I haven’t gotten my steps in. I don’t use the hand straps as they seem pretty pointless, but I do appreciate the included floor protector mat. The computer doesn’t seem terribly useful either, aside from tracking time.
