This is something I have seen for awhile and contemplated buying. The price is great and the quality too. I use this about 10 minutes and then walk on a treadmill. It is easy to place in front of the tv and easily workout without having to buy another machine or go to the gym. Makes it so much easier to fit into my busy day.

Ordered this and it broke after two uses. The one side still had resistance while the other didn’t. I was loving this until that happened. The strap did come off a few times but was an easy fix. Getting a replacement … seeing if it will be better. Opted for this one because had good reviews and was on the more affordable side. If it breaks again going to spend a little more and get a higher quality one. It’s a good size doesn’t take much room . Very quiet and can do while watching tv.

This product is Awesome! I didn’t think..AT FIRST this would really do anything…but woahhhhhh this baby works your thighs legs AND helps drop lbs!! Already comes assembled just place your provided station mat where you want it and good to go! The only downfall is the things for your arms to also workout really have no tension so really no use..but everything else is great!

It’s compact enough for small spaces! There literally was no assemble besides twisting a knob on! Mine is quiet and I don’t smell anything burning like others have said. I feel stable enough to squat and step at the same time! Overall performance wise, I say it’s great! I only did 20 minutes and by like 11-12 minutes I was sweating lol and telling myself to keep going until I hit 20minutes lol! The resistance bands work well too! I even put them together in one hand to get more of a workout for my arms .. and I regretted it after like a minute of doing that exercise! lol this is a good investment!!

This product was very quiet and practical for the first two weeks of use. It began having a mechanicals smell and squeaking. I am nowhere near the weight limit, but it has already broken. This is just a poor quality piece of junk.

It helps with at home workout, it’s better when you use shapewear to help u sweat even more but after a few uses it started to squeak I tried to fix but it won’t work.
