I hate stairs, avoid them if I can because of my knees, but this stair climber avoids the hard smashing of knees while still allowing you the exercise of climbing stairs, the fluid movement of the steps are super low impact. Because of it’s small size and light weight, I can move this to my desk in my home office and use it while in meetings or otherwise working, and it’s quiet operation means no-one else can hear me using it.

I am really happy with this stair stepper. It is easy to set up and doesn’t require much floor space. It’s a great way to get moving, highly recommend it.

First I would like to say up front that this piece of equipment is definitely not worth 90 dollars. Upon assembly the bolts stripped out on one side and now the middle pole wiggles when using it. It also has a small base which can tip over if you are not balanced properly on it. The arm cords exercise your arms only if you lift your arms all the way up to your head and don’t provide much resistance. The actual stepper action is ok but doesn’t feel high quality at all. It provides somewhat of a different level of resistance on the stepper part of the machine with a know you can adjust at the bottom of the machine. It really does feel like more of a 29 dollar or max 39 dollar product. Not 90. There is a slight workout when using it but not like I wanted. It just feels kinda cheaply made. Its kinda sad because it the idea is good but its just low quality.

Great for quick workout! I love how compact this is as well, it fits well in the closet or in the corner of the room out of the way! I can easily get my workout in when I need to then quickly slide this stepper back out of the way since I don’t have my space at my place!

If you want to do steps while working at your stand-up desk this is perfect for that or maybe getting some steps in while you watch TV.
Assembly: if you are familiar with assembling Ikea furniture, you will find assembling this similar. The instructions weren’t super clear.
Operation is simple enough. The tension bands don’t provide much of any tension. My 6ft tall husband was stretching above his head on order to get tension. At 5ft 5inches there was hardly any resistance on the bands for me.
It also says for 220lbs max on the instructions but the listing says 330lbs. Unfortunately, my husband is heavier than the max on the instructions and we don’t want to risk it breaking so it will be getting sent back.

This product will work for light home workouts, but not the best choice. The instructions were not helpful at all, and it took far too long with a lot of guessing to get this small piece of equipment together. Once assembled, the tension dial really didn’t seem to be adjusting this correctly. The step motions always seemed to stay on the most tight/difficult level. The step counter is nice but is just a basic battery controlled screen.
This is definitely not meant for carpeted rooms, needing a hard floor for stability. This did come with a small mar to prevent floor damage though, which is nice. This did operate smoothly during the step motion, although this does make small clicking sounds when moving the steps up & down.
On the plus side, this did include clip on arm tension straps and is very compact and can tuck into a corner of a room or closet easily when not in use. This is nice for a quick home workout, just not the best quality overall.
