You need to improve the design! The clip came off I didn’t even stretch too far im 5”2 and it almost smacked me in the face! Its come off twice very dangerous how much more would it cost you to put METAL hooks? The base is metal but the clip is plastic! Its the 2nd time it hit the wall coming off it! And twice its missed hitting my face!

Arrived fast. Good price. Good value for cost. It does squeak a lot and is loud. Also the bands are not made for short people like myself so I really can’t utilize or benefit from them which is a waste/discouraging. Otherwise, I would recommend.

I love it! It is so easy to use, whether I’m watching tv, working at my computer, or just exercising. I can easily move it around to the space I plan to use it. It’s great for sprints. This is a fantastic deal for just about $50! If you have never used a stepper machine like this before, you might not think it would do much. However, this thing is a killer workout. Right off the bat, I would say that I definitely would recommend this. It works well and is cheap. That being said, I want to point out some small flaws. I wish the stepper had a little bit of a lip for the heel in the back since your feet slide a little with socks. Totally fine without socks, though. The little display on mine was installed a little crooked, making it look a little cheap but it doesn’t impact the quality so I wouldn’t dock points for it. Also, the instructions are very poorly translated into English and hardly make any sense. But assembly is minimal and pretty easy to figure out without the instructions. The arm bands are good but do attach with plastic clips versus metal so I’m not sure how long they’ll last. The important parts all seem well made. This is a great machine for exercise.

I gave this stepper several weeks of daily use to really give it a good test run because I had high hopes of this. I work from home and because of this I struggle to stay physically active throughout the day. I really like that this records your work out data in the little LCD screen monitor to help you keep track. Further, it stays put and comes with pads you can put underneath. I was really concerned about it scratching or damaging my floors until I realized the pads do protect your flooring.
For me, it was a really good work out and got my muscles burning! Over time, I felt that I was able to use it with more ease which was nice and that tells me it builds muscle. I am hopeful for this and am pleased to see it is durable so far and made well.

They advertise this stepper as ready to use out of the box, all you have to do is put on the adjustment knob. But in reality pully wheel was not on the pulley, and I try to take screws off to put the wheel on the pulley. But the cord doesn’t stretch to put it on, bottom line sending it back.
