I have a Sunny recumbent bike that I purchased from Amazon and love it. Sunny Health & Fitness is based in Southern CA and has excellent customer support, website, and their own fitness app. I bought the bike since it is sometimes to hot in SWFL. But I love to walk and hike and want to use the same software app to track all my data.
The Heart Rate Monitor Armband is more accurate then my smart watch, and when used the Sunny phone app, you can track your walk/hike using the GPS in your phone giving you a map, steps/miles (distance), calories.
Sunny is one of the few companies that has their own phone health app, it works with all their equipment and others as well. They also have a Sunny smart scale that stores your weight fitness data in the app.
The monitor and app is very accurate. I tracked it along with using AllTrails and the distance was the same.
What I also like about this, it changes color as you walk and get more active. When you are really pushing yourself, it turns red and vibrates.

I was able to put on correctly, was able to turn on and turn off, did download app without a problem. I got this as a SIMPLE DEVICE to check my HR AND MY STEPS so I could monitor an increase of steps vs my HR – MAINLY to help reduce my BP AND TO LOWER TENSION. After 30 min trying to get it to work for me, my tension got higher, not lower.
BUT
#1 The App I downloaded is accessible, but NO ICON PUT ON MY PHONE, so had to go to play store to access (?have to do each time?)
#2 The App is SO FILLED WITH TABS, TRAINING EXERCISES, ETC. ETC. that, AFTER I TRIED to TEST STEPS walking, I can NOT LOCATE ANY of my results on my phone app;
#3 The APPS OWN INSTRUCTIONS do NOT MATCH the APP, i.e., ‘press start-up button, go to Workout Tab (all that worked), but “CHOOSE INSIDE OR OUT” NOT AN OPTION on APP
