I’ve only had this treadmill for two days and I fell in love with it after the first 20 minutes! I take my dog on a walk frequently, but those are leisure walks and I needed something more to burn off the calories. I do home yoga and light weight lifting, but still needed something more and this was perfect!
Any who are interested in using this for therapy reasons should not buy. Under the safety info., number 10 states “The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use”. Because of the incline, I can see why it might be difficult. But it’s great for an easy workout.
After reading the reviews, I found a solution for any who were concerned about falling off. They sell treadmill waist safety bands. But if you have any resistance bands, I took my 50, 40 and 30 pound bands and used the straps it came with to create a safety band. I wouldn’t recommend only using one band. It works amazingly and I’m able to use my arms freely and walk at a much better pace. I’m able to use my fitness watch and hit my goal of 5,000 steps in about 40-60 minutes depending on my speed.
This treadmill is in my bedroom. I am one the second floor and I could’ve have scooted/pushed the treadmill upstairs if necessary but I did have help in carrying it. It may be a little heavy for some.
Assembly was super easy, basically there’s only 4 steps. I did not have assistance with it. I did use my own tools. I would put aside an hour to set it up, make sure it goes together, it fits in the spot, etc., but that was me leisurely putting it together. Make sure you line up the left and right because I accidentally didn’t and that what added the extra time for me. But if you’re great at instructions the first time, you can very easily assemble this in 15-20 minutes.
It collapses very nicely, just have to remove a lock screw from the bottom and put it on top. I keep the treadmill at the foot of my bed and then move it out and put it front of my tv. I have small recliner right behind me and a couple inches in front. Not necessarily a tight fit, which was one of the selling points for me and the limited space in my bedroom.
To make the treadmill more enjoyable, I’ll either put on a treadmill/walk/hike on my TV (which has YouTube on it) and walk the amount of time of the video or put on a 45 minute TV show and then a 15 minute trail walk so I get about an hour workout a day. It’s absolutely amazing how much of a decent sweat you get. I wish my TV was a little higher, but nothing I can do about that lol.
I absolutely would recommend this product to any who are looking to lose weight or at least use it to keep from gaining any more. It’s amazing, compact and easy to use and put away. Definitely a great buy!

La compré en prime day y me salió como en 3 mil. Ya con que te cueste menos de 4 está súper bien. Tengo como 1 mes con ella, la usamos casi a diario yo, mi esposa y mi hija y hasta ahorita todo súper bien.
Se ve de muy buena calidad, es fácil de transportar y lo que puede ser una desventaja de que no es eléctrica, también es una ventaja porque la puedes poner donde quieras sin necesidad de conectarla y casi seguro que las manuales como estas duran más que las eléctricas.
En general creo que es una muy buena compra!

When the equipment arrived, I did not expect it to be quite so big or heavy! (I hope the UPS person did not have a hernia after delivering it..) It arrived a day earlier than expected.
The packaging, instructions and equipment were excellent-once I got it into the house (be forewarned, it is not small or light but it can be managed by one person if you live in a one floor house or apartment) and unwrapped it from its very study packaging, I was pleased to see the instructions were in not only English but 4 other languages as well.
The instructions were clear, precise and I did appreciate that the tools for the set up of the treadmill were included as well! The tools and assorted pieces of hardware were well packaged and marked-it took me about an hour by myself to assemble it.
I will admit that if a buyer does put it together to have help.
Being alone I had no choice and the only difficulty I really had in assembling it was in lifting up the actual board to line it up with screw holes to fasten it onto. Otherwise the assembly process went smoothly.
Also, even with the tools provided, I used a socket wrench just to make sure the bolts were on tightly enough.
I have worked out at least once on the treadmill, and have found it to be challenging but not difficult to stay on or to keep it moving-the board does have ‘step off’ spaces for one to use to stop the machine once you want to stop exercising.
I will be using it in conjunction with my previous purchase of a second hand Sunny exercise bike to get a proper workout.
All in all, this is an excellently made product and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a serious workout to buy it. There is a weight limitation for it, but I found that being small and under the weight listed worked out well for me.
Also that it is not dependent on electricity is an excellent selling point. One should not have to pay the light company for the exercise you get on it.
One small quibble I would have is that the electronic clock/stopwatch should have a back light to read it by while using the equipment. I clipped on a portable light to read it with as a solution.
Otherwise, it an excellent purchase, well worth the time, effort and money to put it together and use.
I consider it to be worth every penny it cost and that the Sunny company is an excellent equipment manufacturer-they take the time to put together a well-crafted product that will last a lifetime.

I was looking for a smaller treadmill and considered buying a “walking” treadmill that are popular now for people to use at their desks. That wasn’t my situation. I had a small space for a treadmill in my spare bedroom. This Sunny treadmill is great. I like that it is manual (no need to plug in or use close to a wall). That feature actually gives a better workout, as you have to use your own effort to get/keep the treadmill moving. In fact, it took me a while to increase my time as it took much more effort than simply walking. Because there is no motor, the treadmill tilts downward at a pretty steep angle (for a 77 year old), so I put a couple of tins of tuna at the end of the back supports; this reduced the angle and did not diminish its operation. It was easy to assemble, with the step by step directions, although I did not bother attaching the speedometer, as my interest was merely walking without all the statistics. This is great value for this price (~$200), and I encourage anyone (particularly seniors who live in cold/icy winter climates) who wants an in-door option for exercise/walking, to consider this product.
