I opted out of the ‘Free’ assembly as it would have been a week later. Glad I did. Took less than an hour.
Just note this is HEAVY and well constructed. So, use a DOLLY of some sort, to where you wish to assemble it. From there, it has Front movement wheels on front stabilizer (When tilted forward) to change locations once it is assembled.
Step 1. Get Base upright.
Step 2. Use the included tool and bolts to add the stabilizers. (Front/Rear)
Step 3. Attach Seat base to Frame using other included tool and bolts.
Step 4. Attach Seat Back and Bottom and forward/backward slide adjuster to Seat Base
Step 5. Attach Pedals using the other included tool
Step 6. Pop on Desk/Handlebar into upright slot. (You can use handlebar w/o Desk portion just fine. Desk just pops on. No Tools needed) Desk portion could handle a 17″ Laptop with room enough for Mouse or Trackball.
Step 7. Finally put on the control head and install the 2 AAA batteries. Plug Wheel signal cable into Base.
DONE.
No Spare Parts and All Tools included that is needed.
Now USE IT!

I am a large man, 335 when the bike arrived three weeks ago. I understand that most weight loss comes from diet, but exercise is very important, and especially for mood and for sleep, both of which have been troubled the last couple of years. I bought a simple treadmill two years ago and tried to use it, but my bad hockey knees and my size left me with pain and swelling in the left knee. I did my research and thought this could work. It was very low impact and after trying to talk to my brother on the phone two weekends ago while on the bike, it does give you a workout.
3 weeks later I have gone 100 miles on my bike, I get excited to get on every morning before breakfast for a short ride and every night after dinner. I am slowly adding miles to my daily rides. I’ve lost 10 pounds, and while that is good, for me the most important thing is that my mood has elevated and I am sleeping again. Best purchase I have ever made

If this bike fit me, I would give it 5 stars. It is well designed, sturdy, and easy to assemble (though I recommend having a Phillips head screwdriver and an adjustable wrench handy). And it appears to operate nicely and quietly. But it doesn’t come close to fitting me, so I’m returning it.
I am well under the size range that this bike is supposed to support and it does not fit me. I have a 32″ inseam and it says it supports up to a 35″ inseam. My knees are too bent and sometimes they hit the workstation table top. Even if I took off the workstation top, I would still be uncomfortably squeezed, which means that I could not get a good workout. While I can’t evaluate comfort or fit if you are short enough that the bike does fit you, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are over 5’11″‘ tall.
The return was interesting. I could not figure out how to re-assemble all the pieces to get it into the box. The Sunny support team sent me a photograph of what it looked like in the box and that helped a lot. So kudos to them for handling the return nicely.

Estoy contento con la compra y poder hacer ejercicio mientras estoy trabajando o distrayéndome con videojuegos/tv7/laptop.
Es muy silenciosa, puedo tomar llamadas laborales sin dejar de utilizarla.
Los materiales son fuertes. La plataforma esta muy bien de tamaño y con algunas gomas para evitar que se deslicen los objetos que pongas.
Lo único a mejorar es la dureza del asiento. Después de un tiempo, sí duele. Yo compre un asiento extra para ponerlo sobre este y quedo solucionado.

This machine is excellent. Super sturdy. A friend of mine put it together. For him it was easy, but he’s very mechanically inclined. No way could I have done it myself without some crying or an injury! But anyway, having your desk on a piece of fitness equipment is pretty handy. While I am on the computer, either working or net surfing, I barely notice the time go by. I chose this machine because of its weight limit. I’m a large gal and didn’t want to get something that couldn’t support my weight. It does have wheels, so it can be moved…theoretically. But it’s a big, heavy machine and I can’t imagine moving this machine to store away after each workout. It took me a while to find the right height of desk and the optimal spot for the seat, but now that I have, it’s just right for me.
My only issue with this machine was that my feet cramped while using it. After a few days and tries with different sneakers, I found one pair that did better, but I still had to stop every 10 mins. or so to flex and uncramp the feet. Today I decided to take the straps off and try it with my Birkenstock sandals, and wouldn’t you know it, cramping is down to a minimum. May not be the case for others, but thought I would include this suggestion.
I also want to commend Sunny Health’s customer service. There was a screw and washer missing from my package. My mechanically inclined friend told me the part numbers and I emailed Sunny Health. Within a few days I had a response and in another couple of days I received the replacement parts in the mail. I’ve read about bad customer service in many reviews for exercise equipment, and it made me nervous to buy something that nobody had reviewed yet. But I took a chance with this bike and I’m really glad I did!

So far the bike is working out well. I bought it for my mother so she could get some exercise while working from home and during the cold months of winter. It was easy enough to assemble and didn’t have a ton of parts. When putting it together pay careful attention to the pedals and make sure you have the correct pedal for each side of the machine. They screw in opposite directions from one another and accidentally screwing them in the wrong way will strip the threading. When. Putting it together I did feel some of the peices were a little flimsy, especially the metal used in the digital tracker post at the front of the bike. The actual moving mechanisms of the bike felt sold in my estimation. Overall I wouldn’t say it felt “cheap” but it did make me think anyone using the bike should be gentle, especially with the digital stand and the seat position locking lever. I like that it’s magnetic resistance so it’s easy for my mom to switch resistance levels and I don’t need to worry about belts slipping/breaking. I purchased the 2 year warranty and I’d recommend any potential buyers do as well. Again, given the price, I don’t feel this bike is a rip off and poorly made but it’s not something that a large man would want to casually use force with. I like that it has wheels on one side (for tilting the bike up and transporting it) and it’s slight elevation adjusters on either side for use on uneven flooring. This is a properly priced machine and so far I’m pleased with it.
