Seat is comfortable and adjustable. Not especially heavy which makes moving it around easy. Especially like exercise bands just wish there was a better way to attach to bike, they have a tendency to fall off and you have to stop pedaling to retrieve.

Having been out of shape for a long time, I needed a bike that was comfortable, strong enough to safely hold my weight, and would have enough resistance to give me a workout. So far this bike seems to check off all three of those requirements for me.
The bike was easy to assemble. Instructions recommended you have two people do the setup, but it was easy enough to do myself and only took 30 minutes. Probably could have set it up a bit faster but I wasn’t rushing.
The bike definitely feels sturdy and well made. I was concerned about my weight being too much for the bike, even with the 350lb weight limit. But this bike seems super sturdy and it doesn’t seem to be a problem. The bike is also pretty comfortable. My only complaint about comfort is the seat back feels a little short. It would have been nice to be able to raise or lower the seat back slightly.
Finally, the only other reason this bike get a 4/5 is the computer with the stats. I cannot get the time and distance to reset. This is a bit annoying because if I want to keep track of my time and distance with each workout I have to do a little mental math and add it to the current reading.
Overall this seems like a great value for the price. It doesn’t have a lot of the bells and whistles like equipment in actual gyms and workout clubs, but I knew that when I made the decision to purchase. It’s still sturdy, comfortable, and makes for a good quick workout at home when it’s too cold to be or want to leave for the gym.

We love it! My husband has a foot that was damaged 40 years ago in a motorcycle accident with a wound that doesn’t heal. Because of this, he has been unable to walk for exercise and he wants to lose some weight. The doctor suggested a stationary bike. At 60 years old, comfort is key to sticking with it. I chose this bike because the recumbent style is very comfortable and the arm exerciser was something I wanted. I have had shoulder surgeries and for physical therapy, they had me do 5 minutes on an arm exerciser like this to warm me up before moving on to other exercises. My husband has been using it everyday and after only a few days is doing 30 minutes.
I bought this as a “damaged” product to save money; they made it sound pretty bad (acceptable). When we got it the box was hanging open, I was sure there would be parts missing. When I started unwrapping it, there was broken black plastic all over in the box. When it was all unwrapped, there were only a couple small spots or smudges on the body. The broken black plastic was part of the packaging! The assembly was easy enough, I did it all myself with a few comments from my husband who had the directions (he did hold a couple pieces for me while I put bolts in. In the end we were missing 2 washers and a screw, which we were able to find a match in our shop. There is a small tool kit included to assemble it, that’s all you need.
I am very happy with the quality. The frame is heavy steel. The wheels on the front work well to move it on a hard surface, not quit as easy on carpet. At this price, you are getting a lot for your money. The next exercise bike I saw with the arm exerciser was $1100. You cannot go wrong with this exerciser at this price.

Time to get some exercise and I hate walking in the heat and humidity! Easy to put together and surprised how quiet it is , didn’t even have to put up the volume of the TV.

Why did we buy this Sunny Health & Fitness bike? Because they offer live, phone, customer service. We had purchased a bike from an Amazon major competitor but it was a very poor product. I do want to say, the competitor’s online buying service, delivery and return service was excellent. No issues with that part. The bike was broken (A disk chain guard) and I tried 3 different days with about 12 calls to different departments at Cap Barbell in Houston, TX, to reach customer service for a resolution and they never picked up. Not once. A few times I had the opportunity to leave my name and number but it wasn’t at the right department and they never called back anyway. Every time I contacted the right department the automation said the mailbox was full! After the third day we decided to return it. If their office was closed due to Covid, because Houston has had a bad outbreak, they should have updated their answering service to indicate that. But what about remote service? Anyway, stay away from that company as there is no phone support. We decided to try Sunny Health & Fitness through Amazon because their product had the features my wife was looking for. But I had to test their phone support first and Giovanni confirmed that they back their products with live, rapid service. I was satisfied and made the purchase of their product. Amazon stocked it and delivery was free so 3 days later two polite Amazon drivers delivered our new bike exactly where we wanted it. The following day I put it together and it was an easy job of it. The instruction booklet was clear and concise. This product is well manufactured and a top quality piece of exercise equipment. I didn’t even see a scratch on it. Everything went together well and in place. Just be sure you are careful attaching the pedals correctly. It would be easy to mess up the threads if you tried to put them on the wrong side. They are a fine thread. But Sunny makes it very clear where each one fits. Labeled well! Once everything was tightened step by step and the cables snapped together for the display to work (even the batteries were in place, nice one Sunny) I gave it a try. The seat is very easy to adjust and has plenty of range for long legged or short legged individuals. Our model has the hand cranks and they are easy to adjust too. The tension can be adjusted for either the hand cranks or the pedals and it is more than adequate for us. We are Seniors and my wife recently had a full knee replacement so it is exactly what she needs. We are very happy with this bike purchase. It cost about $50 more than the other one we bought but the quality and service are far superior to the other one that we returned. Everything about this Amazon purchase and the bike has been an excellent experience so far. This is one solid piece of equipment. Well built (and I don’t mean by me either). Stable as a rock! We bought the right product and the price and service was great. And so far, I haven’t needed to call Giovanni back! Thanks Sunny and Amazon!

Is very heavy so I asked someone to help me to assemble it. Was vary hard to peddle at first but seemed to get a bit easier after some use. Can’t seem to get the pulse or heart heart rate monitor to work? All wiring is correct. I like the fact it is easy for me to sit in and use while watching TV. Can’t see display as it is dark and need a light to see. Thanks George Alberta Canada where we all speak English.
