OK, so everyone is aware that the pedal cranks are much shorter than a normal exercise bike, right? That is to be expected for an under desk exercise bike. But, it actually falls short on a couple important matters. 1. if you wear modern athletic shoes, your heels will often catch the floor as you complete a rotation. 2. you have to have an abnormally high desk to not whack your knees.
This is best suited as a moderate tool for the elderly and sedentary to get their blood flowing. Nothing more. Everyone else is better off finding a regular exercise bike (for 2x the cost – with a heavy flywheel). An active person will use this once or twice before getting exasperated with their sneakers catching carpet every other rotation.

This is a great little exerciser, but I recommend using it on carpet. It tends to slide slighty around on hardwood floors unless a non slip rug mat is used. I use it for therapy after foot surgery and it really helps. The price was also less expensive than most as well. I recommend it if you want a simple and efficient exerciser.

Pretty good after putting it together. The pedals and base don’t come attached and have to be screwed in.

Put this in front of your TV or play music and peddle away!!!

It took a little bit of getting used to for getting the pedaling to be smooth, but after I got it figured out, I realized I wasn’t really feeling much resistance. I set it to max, and it still doesn’t have much resistance. I could see this being useful for an elderly person with leg problems, but for anyone who is healthy, these pedals don’t do much other than keep your knees in motion. I sat for a full hour without feeling much in my legs. I suppose it’s good for keeping the knees healthy so they’re not stuck in one position all day.
I see a lot of reviews saying the pedals scoot around a lot while in use, but I put a brace behind the pedals that keeps it flush with the wall. I recommend placing something behind the pedals that can keep it from scooting backwards.
Also, I recommend a variable-height desk that can be adjusted to allow for more room under the desk. Your knees might hit the underside of the desk if it’s not tall enough.

Nothing to dislike. I am elderly and use it to strengthen my knees.

Could not use this product because of missing parts

The peddeler is quiet, sturdy and yet easy to move with handle. The readings for speed, distance, etc are hard to see, but overall happy with it.

I bought this to try and get some extra exercise working my desk job. However, it cannot be used under a desk – your knees will come up and hit your desk, and you definitely can’t use it in a chair that has wheels. Even when not being used at a desk, the unit is unstable because it is so light weight. When pedaling I find the unit lifts up and shifts around.
Overall terrible experience with this product, would not recommend.
