Cuando compré este equipo estaba un poco desconfiada porque mis rodillas están en muy malas condiciones y cualquier intento que hago de algún ejercicio, en vez de sentirme mejor termino lastimandolas, sin embargo me preocupa mucho que a mis 65 años no pueda hacer ningún ejercicio físico, por esa razón leí cuidadosamente todos los comentarios hechos por compradores de este equipo y acabé tomando la decisión de comprarlo y probar que tal me va.
Debo decir que después de un mes de uso, mis rodillas siguen doliendo igual, pero ya comencé a notar otros cambios positivos, lo primero fue que duermo toda la noche sin interrupciones, ya no necesito levantarme para ir al baño de madrugada. Lo segundo es que he recibido un estímulo a mi proceso digestivo, aumentando la frecuencia con que voy al baño. Tercero me siento más ágil y con más energía.
Quisiera decir que mis dolores de articulaciones han desaparecido así como los de las rodillas pero esto no ha sucedido, aunque no he perdido las esperanzas.
Pienso que necesitaré más tiempo para lograr otros resultados positivos .
Haré otra actualización más adelante pero me atrevería decir que este equipo vale la pena

I read reviews before purchasing and was afraid I’d get a bum machine and remote. But they both work! The instructions say to leave in the spot you’re going to use, for an hour. But, I let it stand , in place for a day, incase things were jiggled up during shipping + it arrived standing up , instead of flat. The remote worked, as soon as, I knew was hitting infrared area on machine. The 10 minutes was already programmed in. This felt so great! I placed on carpet

Im amazed how many good reviews this kind of product have and no one talks about warnings or negative reviews. Before this purchase I checked many reviews of this and other brands, also info in youtube of many regimens of using this product for exercise. The first time I used it, I put it in the slower possible mode. Use it for 12 minutes. I felt after that disconfort in my head and chest. Im usually have my medical studies done and after this first use, went for another one. I came out to be ok and with no medical situations. The Dr told me these vibrating machines are not that good and recomend to stop using it. I waited 2 months and try it again in the same slower mode for 9 minutes, same results, felt like a bad sensation as if I just got out of the heavyest roller coster. Have to say that I have done exercise almost all my life. Find out 4 different friends that also tried vibrating machines, and none of those 4 kept using it, they felt disconfort as I did. If this have so many good reviews I suppossed they didnt feel disconfort. So, as my title says, Its not for everyone.

A healthcare provider recommended a vibration plate for our family. We are tall (all over 6 feet, including women) and big (200-350 lb. range). This unit is sturdy enough for us (and few things are). The remote is surprisingly handy (especially if you don’t like to bend over). Because it is wider than other units there are more options for feet width. As with all units — your head shaking/wobbling may take some getting used to or adjustment on your stance. It is heavier than other units, but that is why it is sturdy. I just wish that it had Prime shipping.
