These are so affordable nowadays, you’d be silly not to buy one if you’re considering it. There’s nothing like the convenience of being able to move in your own home while watching TV to get you off the couch and do it. At least for me. One of the things that has held me back with exercise is the effort not to exercise but to get to the gym, or leave the house when I don’t really feel like it. So there I sit, lol.
I love the portability. I love the range of speed. I can take it super easy, or if I want to feel like I’m getting real exercise, the higher speeds provide that.
If you’re someone who wants to start a fitness journey but struggles with motivation, you will not find anything easier than this to do it! And don’t trap yourself thinking you need to kill yourself in the gym to successfully manage your weight and health.
Walking is perfectly adequate and better for your joints than jogging, which burns not many more calories than walking briskly does. You can absolutely reach big weight loss and/or fitness goals with walking as your only form of exercise, coupled with a balanced diet.
I have many times. But fell off with the pandemic, and finally decided to get rid of the last 10-15 lbs. I’m so happy I purchased this so I can stay consistent (which is key!) on any day I don’t feel like I have the extra energy to get outside. It’s also nice to just have the option to mix it up, and have a secondary option if you’re just bored with whatever else you’re doing.
Turn on an hour-long episode of a show, and it’s over before you know it. I was skeptical about the length of the treadmill, but since all of these seem to be the same length there wasn’t much I could do about it. I’m a 5’4″ woman and find I have no issues using a normal stride.
Might be tough if you’re 6′ or over, though. Not sure.

The treadmill has performed very well since its purchase. It is used every day and this holding up very well. It is low and noise and does not give off any odors or burning smells. Itโs a very slim design and rolls right on the bed.

This small treadmill is perfect for walking. You can connect to WiFi and bluetooth if you wish but I donโt care about that so havenโt bothered. Iโve only been using it for four days so havenโt needed to lubricate it yet but it looks like I might have to take something apart to get to the section where the oil needs to go. Actually walking is quiet. The only thing Iโm not crazy about is when you first turn it on it beeps really loud. Which I find super annoying. I just canโt see a good reason for it to do that but the machine itself is exactly what I wanted. Just a simple walking treadmill to use several times a day.

Oh my heaven’s! Mom of 4 here just trying to get my daily steps in while the kids watch morning cartoons or during family movie night. The little wheels make it a breeze to move around and it fits under my couch or bed! Lordy why didn’t I get one sooner??
