If you know how to attach bike pedals, it’s easy to set up, otherwise follow the instructions attached to each arm for the pedals. It’s not super smooth pedal in general but if you’re looking for something to do while you’re working and don’t have room for a walking pad, it’s sufficient until you can get on your bike.
