I bought this for my knee replacement recovery. It was great for that purpose because I went slowly (fast would be unstable) and didn’t need a lot of resistance (there is not much). It kept me moving and that is what was it was intended to do. Please don’t think you are going to put this under your desk and work up a sweat. If you are, look at some of higher priced sturdier ones. If you just need to move like I did its great. I also think it would do well for a person who is more sedentary or elderly for gentle movement of the joints. Put it on a table to get the shoulders moving as well. Bottom line, great for rehab and gentle joint movement, do not expect it to replace going for a bike ride.

I wish it was a little more adjustable for the height, but works fine.
It’s not very “smooth” as you tighten the resistance which makes for a little more difficult of an exercise. Feels stable as long as you use it as directed.

The digital screen does not work right now but might be the batteries, does not matter for me. The price is great, I bought one for home and one for office. I work out 30mins at home and 30mins at work, since I use a timer I do not need to see anything on the screen. I already lost some weight. So portable and easy, also you get to choose a comfy seat. Happy purchase!

After 6 weeks the LCD monitor stops working after it shows between 300 to 400 revolutions. Tried new battery, same problem. Popped out display, found nothing wrong. Other than that problem it’s easy to use.

I like this exerciser because it is light weight, easy to use, can peddle forwards or backwards and has
a LCD screen so you can track things like calories burned. You can also use it for your arms which is
an added plus. It does move when you are peddling so you will need to use the enclosed anchors.
Nice little unit for the money.
