I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result, I have been a wheelchair user for many years. I have a device that holds me up in a standing position so I can exercise some, but I’m still very limited. I must admit that I was very skeptical about this because it seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, I decided to try it anyway, because I love it. It’s super easy to use and all I need to do is stand on it while it does its thing. It’s a very strong vibration, but it’s not unpleasant or anything. Afterwards, I feel like my muscles are invigorated and I have less pain. I also appreciate the higher weight limit. My husband is a big dude and he uses it as well. He has typical middle aged issues— arthritis in his knees, lower back pain, obesity. It has helped him tremendously. He was in too much pain to exercise before this, but it has improved his muscle tone and helped his pain levels so he’s more active overall.

I have osteoarthritis in one hip, a herniated disk, and sciatica…ouch! I bought this to help move my hip and back when I’m too stiff to get going. My chiropractor also has one and told me how to use mine. So, I use this during the day to relax or loosen up, and also after workouts. It helps my muscles relax. I set it to jogging speed and go for 3 to 4 minutes each time. I have found it to be very beneficial in my overall recovery and mobility. It’s very compact and I leave it in an area of my basement that I converted into a workout room. It takes up very little space. The plates are the oscillating type and you can easily adjust the speed up or down to your preference. I haven’t used the resistance bands,but I will do that soon. No balance issues and it was a good price. Much needed piece in my workout room. It’s not too heavy, but heavy enough that I’m. Ot moving it around. Find a good spot, plug it in, and you’re good to go!

I bought this item to help alleviate swelling in my legs and ankles from sitting at my desk all day. I have used it for many months now. It has so many settings and provides a great work out as well. This helps tone your legs and is very relaxing. I do not feel any pain when using it. I feel that it has helped strengthen my lower body and has helped me get back on track for my daily work outs.

The plate is good. Have only ised for a day. The remote NEVER worked! Its a little hard to work without it.

This is a great vibration plate, especially for a wheelchair user like myself. The included instructions aren’t great but once you plug it in, flip the switch to power it on, use the touchscreen to activate the plate and it’s smooth sailing. It has a timer on it that goes for 20min before shutting the plate off. It’s perfect to get on the plate during my lunch hour. It’s got some kick to it. I’ve only pushed it up to 40 so far as that is a tolerable level for me, but it goes twice that high so I can only imagine what the higher settings do. It’s much more affordable than other vibration plates I’ve priced. Great way to have a little piece of the physical therapy office right in my own room.
Initially the remote didn’t work but they replaced the whole unit and remote without any hassle! Thank you for that! I would definitely order again if necessary.
