the book of instructions is of very little help, especially finding the battery door you need a AAA battery, the bike is not as sturdy as I would like,
I want to be able to get some exercise while it is too hot outside or too cold. Under desk the book of instructions is of very little help

Bought this for my sister in-law who has poor circulation in her legs and after just 4 days of using it her doctor noticed a difference and put off surgery for 6 months and they will check her circulation again at that time. She is faithful in using it every day and she herself has noticed a difference. Matter of fact my sister seen it and wants one also.

This exerciser is great I’m glad I purchased it. I workout slowly then increase speed rapidly, truly a wonderful bike enjoy it. I workout after a meal and it keeps my tummy flat really enjoy tht. The exercise bike enjoy s great for anyone if u like to keep yourself moveable this is a great start. It also is a great value for the money. Assembly is a little more effect on getting the pedals together,but everything else is great. It has a great stability for exercising, well if u want weight loss or just to keep active try it for yourself it works great thanks.

Was told to purchase this to aid in ankle recovery. After reading multiple reviews I settled with this seller and the decent price. Right out the packaging I saw one of the stabilizers had a big scratch on it and there was some greasy residue all over the side. I tried wiping it off but nothing works and if you get it on your hands it leaves a lingering smell even after several washes. I have no problem with it slipping around but I use it on my rug. Also the pedals are not smooth flowing and get caught every few turns. Assembly was fairly quick and easy except the pedals take a minute to get them going.

The Icedeer exerciser works well. It is sturdy and has a nice smooth
feel while exercising. It is light weight, so is easy to move. It has a
timer in front, so keeping time while exercise is easy to keep track.
I am very happy with the Icedeer exerciser.
