For all the reviews where people are using it on a hardwood floor complaining that it slides all I have to say is duh. You definitely want to put it on a carpet or a rug.

Anxious to keep up with my Cardio Rehab, I looked forward to getting this.
But upon receiving it smells really really bad. And as it has to go on the table by your face, there’s no avoiding the odor!
Fair warning. I do not know if I should try to wash it or what? It’s been airing out since it got here.
