I enjoy using this under desk bike at work. It helps my knee not get so stiff from sitting. On carpet it stays in place better without the provided mat. I have a sit to stand dest that I hold onto as I pedal so my wheeled chair doesn’t push off because it moves more that the bike. Glad I purchased and would recommend to keep moving not in replacement of a full size stationary bike.

I sit at my desk all day and it makes my legs hurt. I put this under my desk and it not only serves as a way to get a little exercise, but I keep my feet on the pedals and it serves as a foot rest. It fits perfectly under my desk and it easy to move. It’s not super light, or heavy. It’s sturdy and well made. I like that it has attached resistance bands to exercise your arms as well.
