This exercise machine is awesome. I recently had surgery on my Achilles tendon and I have to do physical therapy. This machine has been amazing. You can manually pedal or the machine will do it for you. It’s super easy to use, and it comes with a remote control for the different settings.

It was an easy assembly. Would highly recommend it to those who need to relax their muscles. Oh I forgot to mention, it increases my heart rate as well.

While this is listed as being an “Under desk” machine, the height and angle really seem setup for use by someone sitting in a recliner. When placed under a typical desk, the chair height needs to be raised well beyond normal height. That’s not a huge problem, but I had expected this to be setup for an office environment to use while working on a computer – and that seems not to have been the target audience. Another aspect of that is the display on the unit – it’s completely useless under a desk – but angled just right for someone sitting in a recliner. The remote works well but without the display it’s a bit cumbersome, or requires contorting yourself under the desk to see. There are several programmable patterns/workouts which can be used – and the unit does support going in reverse, which those who’ve done physical therapy will recognize as one of the more difficult exercises to perform.
Note that the foot pedals are on the smaller side, so anyone with men’s 10 and larger shoes may find the pedal fit less than ideal.
Overall this is a good choice for those operating it in an open area, but there may be better options for use under an actual desk.

This elliptical was very easy to setup and took little to no effort figuring out. I’d make sure to put it on a pad so it doesn’t mess up your carpet or flooring after use over time.
