Great Support Chair for My Mom –
Having had to go through surgery to unclog arteries in my legs due to very low circulation I purchased this to help with blood flow and to strengthen leg muscles. This was so important at the time to prevent blood clots. This was very easy to set up and the easy settings allowed me to set the pace. I love the simplicity at I can use it plugged in to begin with and then use the manual way. Not only can I strengthen my leg muscles but also burn calories at the same time! This machine has done wonders for me. I use it everyday and can already feel the difference. It is small enough to not take up much space but does a big job on my blood circulation. I am so happy with it and would recommend it to all that have circulation problems. I am also a senior! So, to any seniors out there that need more exercise by just walking to purchase this! With winter coming and bringing rain and cold this is perfect! You will LOVE it!

I have been looking for a step for a long time so I decided to try this cute wolf (lovely name isn’t it). Actually it was great than I was expected, it is easy to use just put it out then it is ready to go.
Also it is sturdy so it can hold my 200lbs body.
Overall it’s is worth buying, me and my wife use it almost everyday for this week. 😁

But don’t want hardcore exercise. Use it while watching TV, working from home etc. It came in one piece, so no assembly needed. Heavy enough to stay in one place during workout but light enough to move around with ease. Remote needs AAA batteries. Speed is adjustable, and there’s a timer for workout too.
