I have been wanting to get in some extra movement during the day so I thought this would be a great way to do so while I am having to work in our home office. This is definitely super nice and it comes very well packed so there is no damage to it whatsoever. This definitely does everything that it is supposed to do and you can easily maneuver it wherever you need it to be! You can adjust this depending on how high your legs are when you are sitting which is really nice! Definitely very well made from heavy duty materials so it is definitely great stability-wise! This makes very minimal noise and it is not overly loud while you are using it which is nice for being able to focus while working! The base of this is definitely well secured so it is very stable. Everything works perfectly as it should and you can easily control it with the remote and turn up the resistance etc! Worth every penny for sure! Solid 10/10! Great for getting extra movement if you work in an office!

This little Repower elliptical has become my new work buddy, keeping me moving even when I don’t feel like moving, LOL.
The remote control is convenient – no awkward bending under the desk when I want to switch things up. And let me tell you, those 10 speed levels come in handy when I’m stress-pedaling through tough meetings.
One quirk: it’s a bit bulky to have out at the ready all the time. But hey, at least my legs are getting a workout even when I’m feeling lazy.
If you’re looking to multitask your way to fitness, this under-desk elliptical might just be your new secret weapon.
It doesn’t have to be used under a desk, it works fine while watching TV also

I bought this for my recently paralyzed-waist-down brother (cancer). He wants to walk again. He started using this for 6 minutes daily in June. Now he does 2 15-20 sessions. He has walked 18 steps with a walker!! Reliable & effective!

I gave it five stars because for seniors this is just perfect for them. I got this to incorporate into my workouts and I’m not a senior but it does help you use those leg muscles without standing up if you have bad knees or a bad hip. I enjoy using it, although I have to use it on the max speed to feel a burn which is fine because you can use for 30 minutes at a time and that’s good enough without over doing it. It says after the 30 minutes let it rest for a while then you can use it again. I would love to see what one that isn’t specialized to seniors would work as far as speed and resistance wise.

As a remote software engineer, I am at my desk a lot on an average day and wanted one of these to at least get some movement while working. I ordered this expecting a miniature version of a standard elliptical machine. This will function in that capacity in a basic way. One of the primary feature sets of this is that it is motorized with varying degrees of speed. So, you would strap you feet in and the machine would move your legs. There is also a mode where it may be free pedaled. I use the pedal mode as I am looking for exercise. I could see where the motor would be of great value to someone with a medical need.
As an exercise elliptical machine, this is basic but it works. You can pedal as much or as little as you like. Fortunately, it is actually pretty quite, especially with motor engaged. If you get it into a fast manual pedal, you can still hear it, but barely. I use headphones for most of my day, so it is pretty much a non-issue. There is a remote to keep from having to bend down to cycle modes, speeds, and data outputs. The tracking can be cycled for data like calories, distance, time, etc. The foot straps are a little cheap and do not even affix to the foot pedals. You basically just strap your feet down like cargo. I do not use them.
Overall, it is a decent little machine. While it will not replace more dedicated gym equipment, it at least gets you some movement while at your desk and after several 30 minute sessions throughout the (recommended not to exceed 30 min per instructions), by the end of the day, I feel it in my legs a little.

Repower under desk Elliptical Machine is perfect for knees and lower legs muscles. It’s quiet, speed motion up to 10 and it has non-slip mat. The foot pedals are large to lay your shoe in. Excellent exercise machine for legs while sitting down. Also foot straps too NICE 👍 it doesn’t make loud noise perfect. The Best foot exercise machine ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m a bigger girl and can’t walk long distances but I’m also an only parent of a child with special needs so going to the gym or working out in other ways aren’t exactly possible. This works great for getting in some exercise while watching TV, playing with my son or even homeschooling him. It’s also low impact so it helps with staying active with my bad knees and back. It was pretty much ready to go straight out of the box – no assembly required aside from the foot straps, installing the remote batteries and plugging it in. It’s also quiet so it can be used at night or without interrupting others…or while working from home. It’s pretty easy to move around but is a little bulky to store. It doesn’t fold up and definitely won’t fit under the bed so storage is limited. Overall it’s a pretty good value for a home workout machine and takes up less space than most others.

This is such a great idea. So many of us have sedentary lifestyles now with a lot of seated work. I love that this just fits under the desk and either you can operate it or you can have it move you.
That also makes it very useful for individuals who are recovering from knee surgery – under the guidance of a physician, of course.
