For some reason we can’t get out and exercise often, so this treadmill gives us the opportunity to get some physical exercise every day. We put it in front of a chair facing the TV, so it constantly reminds us to take a few steps. It’s quiet and unobtrusive, and it comes with a remote control, which makes it easy to adjust the speed.
