So happy I purchased this. It has multiple levels so you can program it to be as easy or as hard as you like, with several manual settings and a few auto ones too. The remote makes everything easy. I was losing strength in my legs due to an injury, and now it’s coming back. This unit is substantial enough to stay put when you use it yet lightweight if you need to move it. It’s very quiet, and it lets you track distance, time, calories burned, etc. I love this thing! Small footprint, big results!

We purchased this for ourselves, it works as described, it is quiet, smooth, effortless to use (if desired) or more intense as it has multiple speeds. Semi-lightweight and easy to move. This product is so good for strengthening your leg muscles and circulation. It sits very stable and is comfortable to use. I use it at least twice a day. It comes fully assembled, which I was happy about. I’m very pleased with my purchase of this product.

I bought this product for my grandma of course I had to try it for myself we both found it pretty easy to use I turned it up and was able to get quite a workout in my legs but turned down the intensity for my grandma it’s great for her circulation and to get some light exercise in a safe way it’s also super quiet so she can sit down and use it while watching tv it works really well and is a quality piece or workout equipment. Worth the money!
