This elliptical machine helped me exercise and circulate my blood flow while working or watching TV. I still get the necessary exercise while enjoying a TV show which helped time go by much faster. The bike is made of tough and durable materials that are stable and sturdy. The motor is powerful but it’s really quiet where I can watch TV and exercise without it drowning out the volume of my TV. The wheels don’t require much pressure so it makes pedaling simple but still workout the muscles. During the day it’s very busy for me so having this machine under my desk helped me relief stress while getting my daily workout. The large LCD display makes it easy to see the selected settings and other intuitive information at a glance. The speeds are adjustable as it gives versatility where I can go at my own pace and doesn’t strain my muscles. The included remote control also makes it convenient to change settings without having to bend down. This machine is portable as I can move it around the house and exercise whenever, wherever.

Item was packaged up and sealed so I know it was shipped with missing items.
There was suppose to be a remote , foot straps and something the description called slip pad.
Basically I received a machine and a power cord.

My mother in law needed a little something to get her legs moving more because going for walks can be somewhat dangerous. This chair pedal device is helping her get moving which could help her circulation. The controls a bit complicated for a 90 year old but we’re helping her through it.
