Works pretty well once you get it adjusted. Still slides on hardwood floors even with mat that was provided. Not very portable due to weight though.

I went from working and walking 27,000 steps a day to working from home and walking maybe 300 steps in a day. I needed something to keep me moving while stuck at my desk and this is it! super easy to use and comes with a time and distance tracker, so I just randomly pedal way throughout my workdays.

I liked that this product was priced low as I hope be back to my normal activities soon. This is not a product I would use long term. The resistance isn’t so great even after turning the dial to its highest setting and it loosens quickly. Still, if you engage your quads & hamstrings while peddling, it provides an ok workout. If you need something for long term use, I suggest a more durable product.

I originally got this for my mom (Shhhh!—-don’t tell her). I ended up keeping it because I love it myself. (Sorry Mom!)
I fell in love with this because I am always looking for ways to increase my activity level and work on leg muscles, while keeping busy during more sedentary activities such as sitting in front of the TV or while working from my desk. I found this to be a really easy and fun way to make best use of that time, while helping me meet those personal fitness goals.
This underdesk stepper/cycler is pretty quiet so it doesn’t disrupt watching tv or working at my desk, even while on zoom! No one has to know you are using it. Fantastic!
Plus this pedaler/exerciser is SO MUCH easier on my knees than using my previously utilized fitness bicycle, (notice I said PREVIOUSLY UTILIZED FITNESS BICYCLE…I actually ended up giving my old bike away because I couldn’t use it anymore due to the frequent knee pain I had while using it, and the seat was super uncomfortable…Sad face.) But no more sad face, because this cycle does just as much as my old one, is easier on my knees, is a much better value because it costs less than a full bike, can be moved from room to room much more easily, and I can EVEN SIT IN MY FAVORITE COMFY CHAIR OR SOFA WHILE USING THIS, you can’t beat that kind of practicality and comfort! Hooray!!!
The exerciser is so easy to put together, literally takes seconds, and virtually takes up no space. (It can fit under my futon sofa or desk, as is, or fold up pretty flat, small enough to fit under a bed, making it super practical if you have less smaller spaces to work with like a home office, dorm, or tiny apartment.) It is also super light, making it easy and convenient to move from room to room if you are using it in multiple locations in your home.
It comes with a friction mat, which is good for using on tables or setting up for use of the cycle on “slippery” hardwood, laminate, or tile floors. I recommend folding it multiple times into a small rectangle for the best friction and staying power…I have laminate flooring in my spaces, so folding the friction mat and placing it under the “bike” feet made it slide a lot less than when I experimented with it without the mat.
There is a large and easy to read display “pedal” tracker that will track all your rotations and how many minutes you are using this which helps keep you on task with fitness goals. It is also easy to adjust resistance, just a quick twist on the resistance knob, then turn until you get your desired resistance. What could be simpler?
Plus you can even use this to not only to work on leg muscles but also work on arm muscles, by simply placing this on a table or bench…perfect for seniors or anyone that wants or needs to work on their arms. (Try that with a conventional bike!) Yet another win for this “stepper”.
This could be the exerciser that you have been looking for if you are looking for a fitness pedal that is light and easy to use and store, can be moved and stored easily, doesn’t take up much space, is easy to adjust and monitor progress, and is easy on your knees!

I was very excited to receive this. I opened the box and set it up immediately. I tried multiple settings of resistance, but no matter how high or low it was the pedaling was very jerky, and not smooth. It felt like it was getting hung up and it wasn’t user error, but the product itself. it makes it impossible to use. I would not recommend this product.

I find this to be so useful as I sit at my desk and can pedal as I work. It’s so to set up and use and this provides a great outlet to move your legs, especially if you’re sedentary most of the day. My o love you wish is that I could make it tighter, but it gets me moving anyways, so I really love it.

Pretty decent little unit – the LCD pops off because I tend to grab it when moving it, but it easily pops back in. The action isn’t very smooth due to how the tension knob works – I’d like more tension but it gets very jerky when rotating the pedals. But, for the price, it’s a solid well built unit. Will see if it holds up over time.
