The thing keeps moving forward (with it on top of the “non-skid” mat) if you don’t use the strap (that comes with it)to keep it in place. I bought it to keep my body moving while watching TV. On the positive side, it’s easy to assemble and takes up very little space, so it’s perfect for apartment life. Good quality. Doesn’t make any noise while using. I’ve used it three times so far for 45 minutes each time.
