For the sale price I got it it works good. After using for a few months started to make a little noise. Could just need to be oiled but I didn’t think I used it that much already for that. Still works fine though

At first this was a decent walking pad, that I used 1-2 hours a day, few days a week. It was never extremely quiet but I didn’t mind because I used my AirPods. Over time though, it’s gotten worse. It’s gotten wayyy louder as time passes. Eventually the first two minutes of every single session would be dangerous because the belt would jerk forwards randomly…once or twice it sped up and back down within a few seconds which hurt my leg. And after an hour (with the walking speed at a maximum of 3.2) it always smells like burned rubber.
Now, it starts off worse and then calms down but like clockwork, after 20 minutes, no matter how slow or fast I go, this Loud buzzing/screeching happens. I can’t play my AirPods loud enough to compete with the noise and I always get scared the belt will jerk forward when I don’t expect it or that something will catch on fire underneath the belt and so I hop off. It smells like burnt rubber consistently. It says product support is closed and I filed a claim with the insurance I purchased for it – but they said to contact the seller on Amazon since it’s been under a year (again – product support is CLOSED). It’s not a weight issue because I’ve lost about 50 pounds since I first started it.
Edited to say that I’ve lubricated the machine and there is no difference. It’s quiet for about 5 min after it’s lubricated and then goes back to this. And the insurance I bought for it is still telling me to speak with the company instead of filing a claim…and is refusing to move forward with the claim…while I have NO way to contact the company so now I’m just screwed.

Para ser una caminadora pequeña me gusta que tiene una buena potencia, toda la hora que estuve caminando a paso rápido respondió muy bien, el panel se calienta solo un poco, pero sin problema, la banda la hubiera preferido un poco más larga, yo mido 1.65 así que la banda cubre bien la distancia de mis pasos, sin embargo para alguien más alto podría ser un problema, si te haces un poco más para atrás ya sientes el rodillo y puedes caerte así que hay que estar bien centrado todo el tiempo pero para mí funciona solo que no la usaría para correr por la misma razón pero para caminatas rápidas es muy buena, el único inconveniente es que la aplicación que puedes descargar para poder controlar la caminadora no funciona en México, al buscarla en la App Store te coloca un mensaje de que no existe, sin embargo tiene un control remoto el cual funciona muy bien.

My first impression of the machine was not great. The machine had a weird clicking, rough sound that came from the motor. No matter what speed I was on it just got louder.
I called the company and spoke with a representative who gave me info on how to contact technical support. I got a response the next day and they were able to replace the machine as mine was a motor related issue.
I’m satisfied with the level of service that I received with this company without having to contact Amazon.
The machine is indeed quiet and easy to use. My concern is that there is no built in safety so that if I get off the machine that it shuts off. That feature would be much appreciated.

I am 6′ 2″ about 300 lbs and I can walk on this comfortably at 3.5 mph or less.
Pros:

the motor and belt itself is quiet but when you turn it on there is a VERY loud 3-second beep. and every time you make any kind of adjustment with the remote it gives a VERY loud beep.
The solution to the LOUD BEEP!!!!
I took the display panel off there is no void. and unscrewed the daughter board. on the back side of the daughterboard is a tiny little speaker soldered to the board. I took out my soldering iron and solder sucker and de-soldered the speaker. put the cover back and now there are no more beeps. It works fine as well. CARE, taking the display panel off there is a cable that connects it to the rest of the unit. NO VOID WARRANTY STICKERS ARE IN THE WAY OF THIS. if you have a soldering iron and know how to desolder this will take less than 5 mins to do. And it does not void the warranty as there is no warranty sticker being removed in the process.

As a health enthusiast, incorporating this into my daily routine as I work has been amazing!!! The LED display is a really cool feature that me and my coworker like as it provides real-time feedback on our walking speed, distance covered, and calories burned. This not only keeps us motivated but also helps us track our progress towards achieving our daily fitness goals. The display is clear and easy to read. The sleek and compact design of the treadmill makes it a perfect fit under our desk. The motor is pretty quiet, so when we are using it, we are not disturbing one another, which is nice. The convenience of being able to stay active while tackling our work duties is excellent. There are so many days the weather does not cooperate or we just run out of time, but we now have no excuse not to exercise. The adjustable speed settings cater to various fitness levels, allowing us to customize our walking experience based on our preferences and energy levels. If you are a health nut like me and want to continue to exercise even when you may not have time, this is the way to go. My coworker and I share this treadmill and LOVE it. Highly recommended.

So, this is great if you consider the price and manage expectations. It’s small and lightweight.
If you can’t walk in a straight line, you take your life in your hands. There is nothing to hold onto. The pad is narrow and short. I’ve hit the side and stumbled off a few times. I use different objects to try to help me keep myself steady. For awhile it was my vacuum. Lately it’s a walking stick. Lol
The remote is a pain. But, lately I use the app. The app has “contests” with goals. I find this great- I find one that will take about the time I want to walk and start it. Once you hit that goal- it actually stops the machine on its own. So I don’t have to constantly look down and try to see what I’ve done and the time.

Overall good, takes not too much space, having something to lean on around for stability helps, optimal speeds, remote works well. The only complaint is a loud beep when turning it on.
