This product is great for those that like to slide the treadmill under a desk. Unfortunately it cannot be stored vertically. The remote control works really well, the treadmill is not too noisy, and the wheels are extremely helpful. One frequent problem I have is the band constantly goes off to the side and I have to fix it almost every use.

I bought this treadmill shortly after Christmas as a way of helping me move more consistently and not be as bored as I would be while I walk on a traditional treadmill. So far, this has been a great purchase for me! I weigh around 265lbs, and use this at least 3 times a week for anywhere from 1-4 hours at a time. It’s quiet enough to use in meetings (it sounds loud to me, but my coworkers have informed me that they can’t hear it!), and fits nicely under my bed when I’m not using it. I haven’t needed to adjust anything on it yet, so that is still TBD how simple it is. I’ve already misplaced my manual, but Urevo has them available for download on their website. The pad is obviously somewhat narrower than the width of the entire unit, so you do need to keep your stride pretty straight or else risk a fall, but I’ve only had close calls twice in all the times I’ve used it, and it’s usually because I’m trying to do something ridiculous like take my sweater off over my head while I’m walking….so just don’t be like me, and you’ll be fine!
My biggest frustration is that the timer only goes to 100 minutes and then goes back to zero, so if you’re walking for a few hours, you need to pay a bit of attention to know how long you’ve been on!
So overall, a good product. Thus far it’s reliable and sturdy!

You would have thought the factory would have adjusted the tread belt to center it but they didn’t. The minute I turned it on , the belt went left and frayed the edge. You can see the virgin belt on the right side. Works great and is very quiet after belt adjustment and siliconing the belt plate. Recommended only for those in generally good health as you must keep your pace steady and have good balance to make it work safely. I don’t think they frayed belt will impact performance but a major factory failure in quality control.

I purchased this treadmill back in January and have only got to use it a handful of times. I spend more time fixing the belt constantly than I do walking on it. I get maybe 2 mins of walking in before the belt slips either right or left and makes a grinding noise. No amount of adjustments fixes the issue. It continuously misalignes again. It’s done this since day one fresh out of the box. It’s level, I’ve followed the directions and still nothing but issues.
I was hoping it would work after awhile, and missed the deadline to return it. I’ve held hope it would finally adjust properly and for good. But here I am spending 40mins adjusting it over and over! I am highly disappointed with this product! So many months and time wasted for something useless.

I used this once and I was very impressed. Unfortunately after one use, I noticed an odd sound and noticed the belt was moving. I looked at the instructions and even YouTube to see if I was following them wrong. I was not but it just kept getting worst and the belt started to bend and eventually break. Not worth it.

I had this for less than 6 months when it stopped working. I tried to reach out to customer service since it was still in the “one year warranty” time frame. I was completely ignored, no help was provided. They won’t respond. Luckily, I was able to take it apart and fix it myself. Still just really disappointed with their customer service and won’t be buying any other products from this company. The pad itself makes a really irritating noise, so I just keep my AirPods in while using.
Updated 10/19/24: The company reached out and offered to send me a new one or refund me for the defective one. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with their customer service, and to find out that the warranty is real and was honored. I would absolutely buy from them again with confidence!

Item arrived broken straight out of the box. I followed every single instruction in the manual and the seller doesn’t even provide free returns. Complete waste of money, garbage product. DO NOT BUY IT.

I ordered this over a month ago and have been using it consistently- 5 days a week while I’m at work. I never set it higher than 1.8 since I’m typing at the same time but there has been no issues with noise or belt slipping. It’s great and I hope it lasts me for a long time!

I chose this because it’s the lightest model I could find, I’m 5’1″ and wanted to be able to carry/move it easily. I was able to carry it upstairs myself no problem, so check!
It’s study, feels very solid. I’ve never stepped on the edges accidently or off the back and due to my short height I can easy jog at the max speed (4mph), or walk fast through the 3mph range, which is perfect for me.
It’s very quiet, my sons bedroom shares a wall with mine and I’ve asked him multiple times if he hears me at 5:30am walking/jogging on it and he had said no every time. Husband who was downstairs at the time said the same. I always listen to music or watch a TV show while using it.
Belt needed adjusting out of the box, easy to do with the directions and hasn’t given me any issues since after almost 2 full months later of consistent use.
One complaint – the remote wrist cord is cheap and ripped apart but I appreciate the magnetic connection point to keep it from getting lost as it won’t work without the remote.
Long review but I’m seriously very happy with it, I’ve been using it 4-5x a week and already lost a bit of weight and feeling very good. This is going to be amazing for me during our very long winters when I can’t get outside!!

This walking pad is a great value. It is light enough to move with one person, Fits under a bed, quiet, sturdy and does not overheat even after walking 45 minutes. The remote control works well. Power switch is manual. It works well with a standup desk. The urevo plastic pad is recommended when using on a carpeted floor. It does not incline for walking, but this is not missed and may be a point of failure and unnecessary complexity. It is plug in and walk with no assembly needed and arrived in a sturdy box. Recommend
