This is a cheap knock off product. The photo is different than the actual product starting with the location of the bolts that hold the feet in place. The bolts hit the floor before the rubber feet do so the climber wobbles. The pedals are small and after 15 minutes your feet will hurt. Additionally, it makes noise and feels like it is going to break…you can feel the pully rubbing. Also – the pully bolt gets super hot from the friction – and there is a lot of unwanted friction (not to be confused with desired resistance).
I bought this thinking that one Chinese manufacturer made all of these and different sellers marketed them at different price points because of the similarities of the photos…that is possible, but regardless this is junk and you will waste your money since you will not use it for long – and I am a habitual exerciser, but quickly realized I had no desire to use this.
Two more things – the counter does not work and the plastic housing arrived broken. It seemed that this product may have been a return as the packaging was a bit haphazard.
Lastly – YOU CAN RETURN IT BUT YOU WILL PAY THE POSTAGE AS THIS COMES FROM A 3RD PARTY SELLER (EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE). THE SHIPPING WILL COST YOU MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT!

Works really well! Works out the entire body. Would recommend getting lube of some kind for the moving parts. Makes everything run so much smoother.

Oh there is a 90 day refund, if you are willing to pay shipping. For me it’s like 79.00. It was also missing screws for the display. Once assembled we thought this product could handle 250lbs. It says up to 330lbs. Nope, you might start a fire burning plastic rubbing metal on plastic. I contacted the seller and they said they emailed me. Nope I got no email. This is a ripoff. Do not buy it. It is total junk. Also, you have to unscrew it just to fold it. Crazy inconvenient. They should have made a pin or something else other than a bolt and screw. Even though I could get the display mounted, little computer they give you doesn’t work. All othe directions have nothing written. Good luck. You are on your own putting this together with pictures you can hardly see. Save your money and keep surfing and searching for a better product.

For it’s worth you can’t beat! The trick is if you are a heavier person (over 200 lbs) is to put oil (grease) on bottom poles of foot pedals, so it will glide (smoother movement) better. Other then that, you get a pretty good workout. And it is not
hard to put together.
