6 months ago I tore my rotator cup in my right shoulder and running on the treadmill hurt way too much. I needed a way to stay in shape until after I had surgery on my shoulder. I also needed something to help me with restless legs at night. I’ve been searching for something to meet these needs for a while. My daughter’s occupational therapist mentioned her father using a vibration pad to help with blood circulation in his legs following a stroke. That wasn’t exactly what I needed so I went to work researching which type of device would be best for me. I found this particular vibration pad to be highly rated and a really good price and so I went ahead and gave it a shot. I have been absolutely nothing but impressed by this product! There’s such a wide range of speed and intensity features on it that more than meets all of my needs for restless legs and staying in shape. All I had to do was stand on it for 10 minutes on the jogging setting and I felt like I had been running on the treadmill for half an hour just without all the sweating and body aches. I have a special needs child with cerebral palsy and spinal muscular atrophy, she also has enjoyed using this vibration pad. When her occupational therapist brought over hers she was afraid of it but this product she loves! The lowest setting is just perfect for her weak muscles. I was concerned it would be too much, too powerful for her, but it was perfect. It’s been helping her to stimulate her weak muscles and it’s been helping me to stay in shape until I can hit the treadmill again in addition to this product! Absolutely five stars!!! I highly recommend it for a wide variety of uses.

I had heard great things about this vibration plate and decided to try it. Not only has it helped me with my circulation but I have also lost weight with it. I struggle with leg and lower back pain and since using this I have most of my circulation back and the pains have subsided. It has also helped with my balance. I love that there is a remote control. My starting weight is 270 so needless to say this is a very sturdy vibration plate.

I’ll admit I was a bit of skeptic. I had seen lots of advertisements for vibration plates. I’d done some reading, knew what to expect with the itchy skin, post use. I landed on this model. I have used it 4-5 times a week. While I haven’t tracked my weight in the week I’ve used it…I am sleeping so much better. It only goes as long as twenty minutes, so the remote comes in handy. If you’re looking to “shake up” your routine, give this plate a try.

We love ours. We only do 15 minutes a day. We have had ours for a short time so I can’t say I’ve lost weight but it definitely makes you feel energized when you’re done. I would recommend this product

I am enjoying this product much more than I even expected. The first time I used it, I could feel tightening in my abs. I had three others try it and after just a few minutes they said they could feel their lower abs tighten and one even felt relief in her lower back. I know two people have ordered this since they tried mine.
