After 4 or 5 years I was finally diagnosed with lymphedema. For the next 2 to 3 years I’ve been going through the standard management of this affliction. Then a friend happened to learn that vibration therapy can help reduce swelling from lymphedema. So after some reading/research I decided to purchase this vibrating plate due to it’smid range price point and its weight limit being within my size. Thank goodness I did!!!! In just over 2 weeks and using it once day during work days and 2 to 3 times a day on my days off for 10 minutes each at 99, I’ve reduced the swelling in my calves by about 1.25 inches!!!! The bonus of this product actually being a workout and losing weight and gaining strength as well, is awesome too!!!! I’m 56 and very out of shape and over weight, so trust me when I say this product is a Godsend! The only negative I have is the surface ridges meant to add grip, are painful in bare feet, so you have to put on shoes to use it. But it’s a small inconvenience considering the benefits!

This is an amazing device. To me it feels like I am getting a massage through out my body. I have only had it a short time. I havent quite gotten my balance on it yet. I usually sit on my sofa and let it vibrate my legs. I have notice it helps with my swelling in my legs. It also gives me a boost of energy after just being on it for the 10 minutes it is programmed too. I wished I would have found this sooner.

It is too early to say if it is helping me lose weight yet. It feels like it likely is. The vibrations are strong, it feels good and I am surprised how well it works. This is shaking every muscle in my body. You feel it up to your neck and face. You tilt or lean just a bit one way and the focus of the shakes change and then lean another way and it changes. I like that. Bad part is something people should know. This REALLY shakes your insides and is going to make your stools very soft. It is actually a problem to me, not so much that I regret the purchase but stock up on t.p. if you buy this. Sorry to be disgusting but it should be known.

Update: It’s been three years and I’m here looking for a replacement. Man this thing did service me well which is why I’m going to order another from the same brand. I guess the motor has expired as when I get on it now stops vibrating.
Plug, Remote and bands are at the bottom of the last styrofoam. I just felt the need to say that because I want you to love this just like myself. I know impossible! But give it a chance.
At 323 pounds 6 ft tall I have no medical issues other than the need to take vitamin D tablets once per week.
I purchased this device after going to a spa for skin tightening treatments. I’m a big girl who is in pretty good shape. However, My first time on the machine I felt it was my weight causing my feet to hurt as the nodules dug into my bare feet. So I asked my skinny husband to get on and he said the mat dug into his as well. Initially I was put off by that but I think it’s a part of the design genius as you get pressure point massages on your feet at the same time and after a couple times it actually became less painful.
My second time on it was right before bedtime and I increased the level to 81. This thing is the bomb to hold all this weight and vibrate me till my fat jumped. I know TMI. I’m flexible so as it vibrated I was able to bend touching my toes and hold onto the machine at the same time and I could feel the stretch behind my thighs and knees as well as the release of pressure on my back.
All in all I love it and hope that it holds up under pressure lol.
