There is no manual for programming & most of the remote buttons are inoperable. It vibrates but you can’t tell it what frequency or duration most times. You push buttons & see what happens. I’m not sure of any benefits yet.

Order came on time, product is as expected. Has several levels or time adjustment and vibration levels. Love the Platies bar for extra exercise. Remote is extremely handy. Small enough to slide under my bed to store it out of the way during the daytime. Still working on getting into the routine of using it morning and night.

There is no owners manual of value included. There are many settings and nothing to tell you what the differences may be and the letters and numbers on the display sure don’t help. What’s the big deal about printing a usable manual to include with a product?
Otherwise, nice product. Looks great, seems to be made well. Remote works well although you supply your own batteries. Packaging is really good as well. I wanted an entry type model and this fits that expectation well for me.

This product is amazing. Great on space saving very powerful. When you do 10 minutes. You will feel like you’ve been running for an hour. Highly recommend this product. It is fun to use and the remote control is nice to have.

I liked it, but it didn’t last very long. Now it’s hardly working at all. I expect it to completely break down as soon as the warranty expires, like I mean to the day. No quality. My wife and I are not overweight, I could imagine if we were overweight.

I love my Natini Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. I get a great workout in a shorter amount of time. The Natini Vibration Plate comes with a Pilates bar and two resistant bands. That can be attached to the vibration plate to work my arms and upper body. The manual comes with suggestions on how to use the vibration plate to work certain areas of your body. I wish the manual had a little more information in it. So, I use YouTube and that helped. This vibration plate is sturdy, lightweight, and portable. A time and money saver!

The board itself works well. I like the pre-programmed sets. It doesn’t come with any guide on those programs, though. You just have to go through each one and note the ones you like. The remote is flimsy and arrived with a crack. It still works since the crack is in a hollow section and didn’t affect any internal parts. I found no way to reach out to the seller, and didn’t want to bother with returning the whole thing for just a cracked remote case. Overall it does what it’s supposed to.
