I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this vibration machine but I kept hearing about it and wanted to give it a try. The vibration plate is sturdy and this one holds up to 265lbs. I enjoy the vibration to my legs and ankles it feels like a massage. I like to trying the different vibration level and the multiple exercises.

I use this thing every day since I got it.
If you do the research, you might find a lot of health benefits to using this machine. I don’t believe any of them. But here’s what I do know, is that this thing really does help me feel the need to have regular bowel movements. I also feel like my blood is circulating a lot better because it is itchy everywhere.
Those are two main reasons I use the machine. It’s supposed to help you lose weight, have exercises, but I have not used any of that. It does come with some resistant bands.
I also use it for my toddler for waking up her boost with stimulation, and she loves vibrating on it.
There are programs that are programmed in, and I can’t tell which is which so I just randomly use random programs. I feel like they’re all the same.

This is a good product with a couple flaws that could make it much better.
As far as how it works, that’s great. Performs as expected for a vibration board. Multiple speeds and can be set on a timer. Comes with a remote and accessories for exercises.
Things that could make it better:
The cord is short. I am always hesitant to plug larger items like that into an extension cord, so a longer cord would be helpful.
The instruction manual goes through a lot of items, including how to toggle through the different “workout” modes, but there is no included list of what those workout modes are or what they entail. Are they different lengths of time? Different level of vibration? Are they varied? Are you supposed to just use each one and figure it out? I ended up just hitting start and hoping it wasn’t too intense.
There was an odd smell in the room that lingered after I used it. I assume there has to be some sort of mechanical or electrical component that emits a smell with the 20 minutes of use, but I don’t know if it is precursor of an issue.
Really minor, but the remote does not come with batteries. You need 2 AAA’s.
Otherwise, I really liked it. I used it at my standing desk in my office while I worked.
