Unit works as described but I feel it’s a little “Mickey moused” as it feels cheep! As its resistance “loosens” up during exercise and the timer doesn’t always work!!

Edited: The wonderful customer service contacted me and was eager to fix the problems I had with the bike. They replaced it and gave instructions on proper use.
Origional review: The directions were lacking. The parts did not install like in the pictures. And the worst part was that the legs were crooked. To use the bike I must place weights on the legs so keep it on the floor. When using the bike the metal becomes very hot.

It will not meet the needs of the user because the base is not heavy enough and the peddler moves. Also, it was not square it looked like it had been used before.
