Pros: Beautiful, quiet, compact
Cons: Measurements are off, particularly the height. It is 5″ thick/tall, keep this in mind if you bought this to fit under your couch. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit under mine now since it is not the listed height. Also, mine creaks pretty loudly on the right side anytime I step in the top 12″ of the walking pad. After some inspecting, this is due to the fact that the platform the belt wraps around is unevenly secured. There is a few millimeters of space between the edge of the platform and the wood edge all down the left side, but it is flush on the right side. If I am able to dissemble the belt and unscrew the platform from the metals braces, then I can maybe sand down the right side to create a few millimeters of gap.
In addition, the step count is definitely off, likely since the speed is a bit off too. Seems 0.2-0.5mph faster than what it reads, but the step count is a touch slower than my pace. For every 2 steps I take, it is about 1.5 steps, maybe even 1.25.
Update: I have used this daily for almost 2 weeks now, and the creaking seems to have disappeared–might just need to be “broken in”! I also got an email soon after this first review from the manufacturer for adjustments that can improve the creaking, and i will updaye again if I even need them
but impressed with the customer service nonetheless! And the steps (didn’t notice until a couple days ago) are “smart” and actually count based on your footfalls. If you hop off while the belt is moving, it will stop counting. Love that! If distance walked is determined by the steps, then that is actually accurate. If it’s determined by turns of the belt, then it might be off since I still believe the actual speed is 0.2-0.4mph faster than what the display says. But with all this in mind, I am thrilled with this!!! Definitely recommend for WFH workers or anyone who wants a beautiful, low profile treadmill that isn’t an eyesore. As others have said, when on a call I have never received a complaint about the noise, and if it is picked up by my sensitive earbuds, they think it is a fan in the background and can still hear me just fine.
2nd Update: I have used this daily for 7 months straight, putting 7-12k steps each day That’s roughly 1.8 million steps. No creaking, beautiful and quiet still. I weigh 170lbs. Step count is very sensitive and accurate.

I just wanted to get more steps in after the kids went to bed. This is just like walking outside. It takes a little getting used to, not holding on and that it’s a narrow walking area. The remote is a great addition. It’s not loud, doesn’t bother sleeping kids. Just sadly it doesn’t fit under my couch. It fits under the bed great when I want it out of sight. Best part is it’s ready to use out of the box.
UPDATE: its so easy to use. But there are a few things i don’t like. If i don’t walk perfectly straight on it the belt seems to move towards one side and it makes a rubbing noise. Also the size of it takes some getting used to. Its a small walking zone so you have to adjust your steps to that width and length. What i still love is how quiet it is. I do a very fast walk on it but haven’t tried to do a run so i don’t know how fast it really can go.

I bought this because with 2 kids and no sitter I’m not always able to go to the gym or get active and this is perfect to help me get moving without having to leave home. It perfectly slides right under my sofa. It’s easy to maneuver around and it’s not as heavy as I thought it would be. I love the function on the remote that allows me to silence the heaping sound that it makes when in use. It’s great if you are a slow walker, average speed walker or even a fast walker. I even find that even thought the speed only goes to 4mph max that’s a good pace to start a slow jog especially if you’re not super active and wanna get you’re heart rate going. I’m really enjoying having this walking pad it’s worth the investment

I bought this for my wife, who has always wanted one, and this machine is very convenient to use. It’s quiet, can be placed under most tables, and the speed is suitable for light to light walking. Light enough to move, it’s also stable. It feels safe and recommended to buy

Love this walking mat. No assembly required, and I like how compact it is. It moves so easily. It can do what I want. I think it’s safe and strong. The speed and performance are great. Very quiet, you can watch TV while walking. I’ve only had a few days, but it’s been great so far. I love this treadmill. I highly recommend

This is a very easy to use walking pad. I like how slim it is, as I store it underneath my sofa. It’s a sturdy item, so taking it out does require you to use good back/leg posture, but I wouldn’t say that it’s too heavy or anything. I like that it’s not too loud, since I walk while watching a half hour of Netflix. My recommendation is to wear pants/shorts with a pocket, because you have to hold onto the remote to control the walking pad. Overall, I recommend this.
