I am still getting the hang of it, but it is easy to control the speed, so I feel very safe and stable. It is helping strengthen the muscles supporting my knees. This fits my needs perfectly!

Treadmill comes nicely packaged and secured. There is some damage on the outside package, but the thick package paperboard protects inside product very well and doesn’t even see a scratch.
This small treadmill has a modern design and high-quality looking texture. Product works perfectly and the size is great to be fit under the working desk.

Purchase this to use at home so I can exercise at home, no more excuse saying too lazy or too late or bad weather to go out to walk. Put on music and start walking. I put it behind the sofa so I have something to hold on to for safety reasons. Also I can watch tv /1 episode of any drama (Netflix) while walking. More importantly, doctor said I need to exercise and less junk food. Yeayeayea. lol.
