I’ve been using this walking pad for a few months now, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for my daily routine.
First, it’s incredibly easy to set up and use. The compact, foldable design makes it perfect for small spaces, and I can easily tuck it away when not in use. It’s quiet enough that I can walk while talking on the phone or watching shows without any distractions.
The speed range is great, allowing for a gentle stroll or a brisk walk depending on my mood or need. I love that I can adjust the settings with the remote control, making it easy to switch things up without stopping. The built-in display tracks my steps, distance, and calories burned, which helps keep me motivated.
One of my favorite things is how seamless it integrates into my workday. I can walk at a comfortable pace while working at my standing desk, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in both my energy levels and focus. I no longer feel sluggish after sitting for long periods, and it’s such a convenient way to hit my daily step goals without even thinking about it.
This treadmill ticks all the boxes for me. It’s compact but doesn’t compromise on performance. Whether I’m looking for a light or brisk walk, this walking pad delivers on all fronts. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to stay fit from home without needing a bulky gym-sized treadmill. Highly recommend it for anyone who needs a versatile and efficient home workout solution!

Before purchasing the ACTFLAME, I tried out the COZYINN (after a TON of research and reading the reviews of so many others, too), so I now have a solid point of comparison between two walking pads. And for its $100 price tag, the ACTFLAME is truly incredible! TL;DR is at the bottom… LOL
Pros:
Surface area: This is my top feature. The walking surface is 100% accurate in its measurements, which makes a difference. It’s longer and wider than the COZYINN, which actually misstated its dimensions by an inch in both directions. When it comes to walking pads, every inch counts, and that was the main reason I returned the COZYINN. With the ACTFLAME offering a surface area of 39 3/8″ in length and 15 3/4″ in width—an inch wider than COZYINN’s—and costing half the price, it’s already a win.
Lightweight and maneuverable: Weighing just 45 pounds, this pad is easy to move around. I also love its low profile, which makes it easy to store.
Manual incline adjustment: While the incline isn’t automated, it’s super easy to adjust. You just flip the front feet forward, and you’re done. In comparison, the COZYINN requires you to lift and spin the feet a least two dozen times—tedious and far from sturdy. The ACTFLAME’s design feels intentional, as it allows for a quick, straightforward incline adjustment.
Quiet operation: The ACTFLAME is really quiet, which is great for watching TV while I walk. I can go for three miles without needing to crank up the volume—unless I turn on a fan to cool off. It’s one of the quietest walking pads I’ve tried.
Easy belt alignment: Setting up the belt was a breeze. I applied lubricant, started it at 0.6 mph, and centered the belt with no issues. Six weeks in and after lots of use, the belt is still perfectly aligned, and I haven’t had to adjust it once.
Powerful and reliable: The ACTFLAME runs smoothly and hasn’t caused any power issues. Unlike the COZYINN, which frequently tripped my circuit breaker, the ACTFLAME works flawlessly. I’m really impressed with its performance.
Final Thoughts:
If you’re looking for a basic, reliable, budget-friendly walking pad that’s quiet, compact, and easy to use, the ACTFLAME is fantastic. For $100, I genuinely have zero complaints. I think it’s much better than the alternatives that are more than twice its price. I’m extremely happy with this purchase!

I needed a replacement treadmill for my office when my previous one broke. This has been a great treadmill for my office. High quality, no assembly required. This treadmill is powerful enough to walk at a good pace and quiet enough that I can use this in my office without disrupting coworkers. Shipping was very quick and the product was packaged carefully. This treadmill has been an upgrade from the previous and is high quality.

I’m making this review on day 1. For reference I’m 5’8 female about 180 – I write this because I wish I had more people my height state this in their reviews . I was worried my legs would be too long of a stride but this is NOT an issue at all! Plenty space width and length on this walking pad. Simple set up! Unpacked it from the well packed box it came in. So easy. I did have to adjust the walking pad a little because it was off center but it was easy to do. The whole thing is light enough to move around on your own and it has 2 wheels on the front end of it. The incline legs are easy to use and they make a HUGE difference. So worth using and makes your workout so much better. It functions as it should and doesn’t hurt my body at all so I guess you’d say it is comfortable to walk on. The price was amazing as I got it on sale! The remote is easy to use, it came with a battery and an extra one! It’s very basic but it is all you need. I went a solid 30 min at 3.3 and I was totally all sweat when I finished. I’m a faster walker so started at 3.3. It’s a good quick speed and there’s still a little more speed to get to. I wouldn’t run on this personally but you can definitely get a solid super fast pace walk in on this. I plan on using this daily at home . I’ll update my review should I come into any issues. It came with the tool and the oil and an instruction booklet. This is an easy put of the box ready to use machine. So far-so great!!!

It’s a great way to integrate more movement to my day without taking up much space. It’s perfect for walking while working at a desk or watching TV. The built-in LED display shows metrics such as time, distance, speed, and calories burned. The included remote control allows for easy adjustments between speed and mode. It is also easy to move and store!
**Pros:**
– Compact and easy to store
– Quiet operation
– Easy to use with remote control
– Clear LED display for tracking progress
**Cons:**
– Not suitable for running
– Limited speed range
– manual incline

This treadmill required no assembly at all. Simply unwrap and plug it in the wall and you are ready to go. I was surprise that it weights 45lbs so it makes it easier to move it around your house. The treadmill is a decent length and width that is perfect for walking. I found it strange that there is no control on the actual treadmill, only a display of data like time, speed, distance and calories. Everything else is control through the remote control, so make sure you don’t lose it or break it as this will be the end of life of your treadmill.
The treadmill comes with a 2.5HP that is super quiet and even the belt is not too noisy. I installed the treadmill in my office and if fit perfectly under my standing desk. It doesn’t take too much room and once I am done, I can easily store it under my futon.
A really good feature is that you can either have it flat or at an angle that gives a 15 degree inclined. Not many portable treadmills offer this feature. While using it a few times a week, I found it the platform shocks absorber are just right for walking. I would caution about running on this as there isn’t enough shock absorbers.
Here’s my experience so far with a desk treadmill, first off if you have a lot of meetings… the beeping sound is very loud so you might want to avoid using it while in meetings, unless you are just listening. Secondly, typing while walking it’s an art that I didn’t know I needed until now. It took me a while to master that one to be honest.
Overall, I think this treadmill is made of quality material with a very quiet engine. The platform is harder than a real treadmill but if you are using it, like me, just for walking than you should be fine. Also remember, don’t lose the remote otherwise you won’t be able to use it anymore.

The Actflame Walking Pad is an exceptional piece of fitness equipment that caters to those who need a compact, efficient, and effective way to stay active, especially in tight spaces. With its thoughtful design and practical features, it’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to integrate more movement into their daily routine.
One of the standout features of this walking pad is its impressive portability and space-saving design. With a slim profile of just 4.5 inches, this treadmill can easily slide under a bed or sofa when not in use, making it ideal for small apartments or office spaces. The built-in wheels make moving the treadmill effortless, so you can easily reposition it wherever you need without hassle.
The incline feature is a fantastic addition that sets the Actflame Walking Pad apart from many other under-desk treadmills. Walking on an incline naturally increases the intensity of your workout, helping to improve cardiovascular health and strengthen muscles more effectively than walking on a flat surface. It’s a small change that yields significant fitness benefits.
Despite its compact size, the Actflame Walking Pad is equipped with a 2.5HP motor that provides ample power for smooth operation, handling up to 265lbs with ease. What’s more, the motor is surprisingly quiet, making it perfect for use in a home or office setting without disturbing others. Whether you’re walking during a conference call or catching up on your favorite show, the noise won’t be a distraction.
Safety is a top priority with the 5-layer anti-slip belt featured on this treadmill. Not only does it provide excellent grip, ensuring you stay secure while walking, but it’s also designed to reduce the impact on your knees and joints, thanks to the shock absorption cushions. This makes the Actflame Walking Pad a smart choice for anyone concerned about joint health or looking for a lower-impact exercise option.
The large LED display is bright and easy to read, offering all the essential workout data at a glance, including speed, calories burned, distance, and time. The included smart remote allows for quick adjustments to the speed, which ranges from 0.6 to 3.8 mph, ensuring that you can easily adapt your workout intensity as needed.

Review for: “ACTFLAME Walking Pad with Incline, Portable Treadmill for Home, 2 in 1 Walking Pad Incline with Remote Control 265LB Capacity, 2.5HP Compact Treadmill with LED Display for Walking and Running”
Colour: Pink
Model: TM 600INC-MI
The ACTFLAME walking treadmill came in a box 50″ x 23″ x 5 1/2″ (127 cm x 58.5 cm x 14 cm) with a gross weight of 48.3 lbs (21.9 kg although the listing says 20.41 kg). The treadmill itself is about 40.9 lbs by the net weight on the box. The maximum load capacity is 265 lbs (120 kg).
Inside the box was the Pink Treadmill, AC power cord, user manual, malfunction information sheet, after sales service card, Allen wrench for adjusting the belt, remote with battery installed plus one extra battery, and two bottles of “Lubricate Oil for Motorized Treadmill.” The AC plug has the correct safety certification for use in Canada.
I measured the treadmill to be 45 1/4″ long x 19 3/4″ wide x 4 3/4″ high (115 cm x 50 cm x 11.5 cm). The listing states the thickness is 4.5″ but it is a bit higher than that at the front, but the back is only about 3 1/4″ (8 cm) high. With the levers extended for the manual incline, the height at the front is about 6 1/2″ (16.5 cm).
User Manual information:
The user manual has QR codes inside to activate the warranty and get the electronic edition of the product manual, adjusted running belt video, and maintenance video.
It is recommended to use suitable sports shoes and never bare feet.
Keep children and pets away from it when plugged in.
The user manual says to plug the power cord directly into a wall plug but the cord is only 55″ (140 cm) so may need an extension to reach.
Keep a 3 to 6 ft (1-2m) safety area free from objects and barriers behind the treadmill when in use. I found this really helpful when I sped up too fast for my ability to walk and fell off the back.
The treadmill should be used on flat, indoor flooring. I am able to use it on low-pile carpet.
Unplug the treadmill when not in use.
There is a red power button on the right side by the power cord for the main power. Once that is turned on, use the remote to operate the treadmill. On the remote, there is a play/pause button to start and stop the treadmill. You can also stop it by using the power button (below play/pause), but with this button, the data will reset. The treadmill display cycles through Speed, Calories, Distance and Time. The speed range is 0.6 to 3.8 mph, as the Canadian version of this treadmill is in miles & mph, the same as the U.S. version.
The “M” button on the remote allows you to choose Time, Distance, or Calories as a goal. It will count down and stop the treadmill when your workout is finished. The plus/minus on the remote allows you to change the numbers to your specific goal when programming it. When walking, the plus/minus buttons will change the speed up and down. I wish it would continue to display the other data after it ends. For example, if I walk for 30 minutes, I would like to know how many miles I ended up going and how many calories I burned. It does cycle through while you are walking, but nothing shows after it finishes.
The treadmill I chose is pink but only the front of it is pink, not the sides which are white. All the photos on the listing show pink sides so I am disappointed by that. The pink glow underneath in the listing picture is just a photo edit. There are no lights under the treadmill.
I recommend this treadmill as it has variable speeds from 0.6 to 3.8 mph, easy levers to change to incline, and it is thin enough to store under a bed. I suggest keeping the remote in your hand at all times while walking, with your thumb on the pause button, since there is no safety cord. I also figured out that the “2 in 1” treadmill and the “4 in 1” treadmill are exactly the same. It seems it is just a different way of advertising the same speeds. There are no handrails on this model, and no standing desk like in the picture.

The ACTFLAME portable treadmill is a lot smaller than normal treadmills and saves a lot of space. It is not as heavy either. The walking treadmill can be put under a desk so you can walk while work. It can also be standalone if you prefer a separate workout routine. The walking treadmill is not as strong as a normal treadmill, but it is sufficient for walking and the incline works very well.
The walking treadmill doesn’t have a handle bar. It is for people used to walking/running on a treadmill. It also doesn’t have a safety key, thus require caution when using it. This is not a deal breaker for me though.
