Amazon Customer –
I recently purchased this walking pad after reviewing several options. I am very happy with my choice. The walking pad is sturdy and works flawlessly. I am like how easy it is to fold and store under the bed. Great purchase and great quality.

This is an all-around excellent under-the-desk treadmill. It runs very smoothly and is remarkably quiet, even at the highest speed. I’m a writer and a professor and find that I can work on my laptop pretty easily at .5-1 mile/hr, and I can do other less-intensive work while walking at 1.5 or even 2 miles/hr. I’m pleasantly surprised how effortless it is to move into that zone of focus where you almost forget that you’re walking on a treadmill. I’ve been using it every day for a week and find that I have no problem walking for an hour or more and getting 4-5,000 steps in during my writing session, so I’m pretty sure I can double that with ease if I wanted to.
The treadmill itself is solid and well built but also very light and a cinch to fold and move around for storage under my desk. All in all so far, this has been a great product and exactly what I needed.

If you’re considering buying a Walking Pad, please take my review with a grain of salt. I purchased my C2 Walking Pad in December. I didn’t unbox or start using my Walking Pad until April. By mid-August, the power socket on my Walking Pad had fallen into the machine. When I reached out to support, I was informed of their limited warranty. Most companies (with reliable products), offer a year warranty. The burden to fix a manufacturing defect should not fall on the consumer. You’re expecting people to pay $400+ for a product they’re getting a limited warranty on? What I want to know is how Walking Pad is preventing this type of problem from happening in the future? I only started using the Walking Pad in April therefore there’s no reason for this type of thing to be happening to it after approximately 4 months of use. Cost to fix (whether it’s round trip shipping AND maintenance) is not a burden your company should place on its consumers. Walking Pad needs to focus on building a better product, provide their customers with a legitimate warranty, and stop selling faulty products. Please stop selling your customers lemons. For anyone interested, buy at your own risk and read the fine print in great detail. They refuse to refund me, per their bogus return policy. However, if I can keep someone else from having to go through this same experience and prevent them from giving Walking Pad $400+ of their hard earned money for a faulty product…I’m going to do so.

The item seems to be of good quality. We have to use it on a carpet so the wheels when moving it, are not that effective. It is heavy when moving it. Probably OK on a solid floor. Customer helpline was quick with an answer about the lanyard for the remote control.

I typically try to keep clutter and “stuff” to a minimum but after three years wfh, with bear constant meeting walls and a video conferencing app that isn’t friendly to roaming around, I decided to get a walking pad
Set up was incredibly easy. The box has very precise unpacking instructions which has you up and waking in no time. The walkingpad easily folds and unfolds without any issues and the packaging is minimum while still being protective of the treadmill inside.
Once set up and turned on, you have to walk a full kilometer before the walking pad will let you go any faster or you have to set up the app.
Unfortunately, after multiple tries downloading and then uninstalling the app, I could not register let alone get it connected to the walking pad, so I used the remote. It works great.
The walking pad has two functions, manual and automatic. Manual keeps the speed consistent, automatic is supposed to be more attuned to your walking rhythm and aligns to where your footfall is on the device, but for me it was a bit too inconsistent with the speed. I tend to try to stay at the front of the walking pad while working which kept pushing me faster than I could maintain while working. Potentially a great mode for more passive activity.
While the initial starting beeps are quite loud, the belt itself is relatively quiet. I am a heavy walker so I can hear my own footfalls but it’s not obnoxious.
The overall belt size is great even for those with longer stride. The fact that it doesn’t have any hydraulic mechanisms keeps it light enough to move, and the wheels make repositioning and transport really easy. But the fact that it easily folds in half while still feeling durable and supportive is what won me over!
The LED display can count steps up to 10000 and then it starts over, which to me is perfect. It will continue to track your steps, distance and time with surprising accuracy. Also, it just looks great!
Overall an incredible purchase for the price.

Works well and the folding feature is absolutely essential for my space. The auto function doesn’t work well for me but it’s more trouble than it’s worth – manual mode is fine. Top speed is more than fast enough for walking at your desk.

Great machine. Easy to use, quite heavy but easy enough & compact to handle & store. The only problem I have is with the remote. It’s a slippery plastic so hard to hold and my partner & I continuously press fast instead of slow & vice versa. Buttons are too close together & the same slide problem when holding the remote. Other than this however I am really happy with purchase.

Overall I’m very happy with this product and would recommend to my family and friends. The walking pad goes fast enough to do a light jog. Speed goes up to 3.7. The remote works well and is small enough to hold in your hand while walking without feeling like you’re holding too much. I am 5’4” and the belt is plenty long enough to jog on. It folds in half very easily but trying to move it is a little hard because of the weight. That being said you want some weight so it stays on the ground good while in use. I would but this product again. So convenient, works well and looks good too.

The Walkpad C2 I ordered is actually better made than I thought it would be. Seems solid, well built, and sturdy. It’s also very quiet. I’m very happy I picked this one to put inside our 5th-wheel camper. It folds easily and fits standing upright under our island counter top. I’m very pleased with it.

This walking pad is exactly what I was looking for. A white one to match my house, a foldable one to not take up so much space, and it is also narrow which I love. Super sleek design and feels very sturdy. Getting in my steps!
