**UPDATE** customer service contacted me and wanted to make things right. I was very pleased with their service and am happy to change my review based on their support!
This walking pad was so easy to assemble and use, but after only 10 days, I began to get error messages for no reason. I adjusted the belt, oiled it, ran it before/after using to straighten the belt and the belt still drifts during use. It also started squeaking and slipping while walking. We use it almost every day (when it works) and are no where near the weight limit. Also, I emailed customer service almost 2 weeks ago and have not received any response. I don’t want to return it, but I just may have to before the 30 days. Too bad!

Had some issues with the walking pad. Customer service was great. They offered troubleshooting ideas and offered a refund instead of having to return the item. I was able to resolve some of the concerning items and Customer service said I would still be covered as far as warranty even after they refunded me.

I’ve been using it for 2 days. So far so good. Just make sure to read the directions and lubricate it. It’s a bit more narrow than I thought, but being that its great and compact its worth it! Very easy to move to another room as well. Love the safety cord feature since I can be a bit clumsy. 10/10

I didn’t search hard so maybe I got lucky because this seems to be a great quality treadmill for little money. Max speed is reported 7.6mpg/7.9minute mile. Incline must be manually adjusted with the screw type feet. It has mid tread feet to prevent sagging. Tread is a bit narrow but it works and can fit under the bed. Starting and stopping is a gradual speed ramp up and down. The emergency stop sensor causes a near immediate and total stop, which I found impressive. The app works except that the scenic workouts don’t actually display any scenery, just a blank black screen. Can operate using the handle controls, the app or the physical remote. Treadmill display auto alternates between speed, time, distance and calories. Overall I’m very happy with the value.

We’ve had this treadmill for a few months now and its been pretty good for what it is, just a simple machine with simple controls. It doesn’t have any fancy colored screens or workout programs on it but if all your looking for is something to walk/run on for a while here and there in your home without taking up a ton of space then this is a great deal compared to the name brand treadmills you see in the stores, especially for the sale price we got it for. It has a flip up handle bar that you can use to control the speeds and on/off, it also must be up in order to run the higher speeds on the machine for safety reasons. There is a small area you can use to clasp your phone into on the bar but it wont work as well if you have a thick phone case, I wish it would have been bigger to be able to lay my phone or remote for the TV in it easier. Also to note, I am about a 6 foot guy and can use it with little problem at running/jogging speeds as long as you dont take very long strides since it is not a long belt.

Great treadmill, quiet, well built, deck is very comfortable on your joints & a very stable product.
Perfect for a smaller home and a great way to get your cardio back without looking cluttered.
Easy set up but follow the instructions for maintenance if you need to adjust it.
Takes a little time like anything that is new.
App looks good if needed, I just do not because of my smartwatch.
After 21 days using this treadmill, I give it 5 stars!

I’d researched walking pads and small space treadmills until I was so confused that I was almost at the point of giving up the idea of purchasing one altogether.
Ideally, I wanted something that would fit in a small space, is easily moveable and robust enough for daily fast paced walks. I was also hoping for a unit that could handle jog paced intervals.
I’m so glad I bit the bullet and finally took a chance on this one. The treadmill arrived on time and in good condition. There was very little assembly required and it was up and ready to use in no time. The belt for walking is more narrow than a standard treadmill and took a little getting used to. If you occasionally drag a foot, it’s easy to stumble and I’m pretty sure face-planting would not be fun. A little care and attention is suggested. That said, the treadmill works great and has exceeded my expectations in its speed capacity. I won’t be sprinting, but I can get a good workout in on the days when I can’t get outside.
The remote control is very small and because I was afraid of misplacing it, I attached it to one of the treadmill handles. don’t think I’ve ever used it though. The buttons on the treadmill itself work fine and are intuitive enough that I can speed up, slow down or stop very easily.
Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. With proper maintenance (lubrication and belt alignment), I’m hoping it will last for quite a long time.

I don’t want to give it 4 stars for the overall review because it is a great treadmill in the end however…
It’s very quiet compared to many of them (plus!)
It was a simple set up and very easy to move. (Plus!)
I’d say it was a good price considering every option it has… and I had a coupon too! Score!
The only downside I found was the title says 12% incline and this is only a 5% incline; would’ve been a plus but not an absolute need
In the pictures I’ve attached you’ll see how the belt has some grooves stuck in it, not sure why. It doesn’t look nice but it doesn’t affect the overall use.
My Fitbit says I burn more calories compared to the treadmill tracker HOWEVER the treadmill is more accurate on distance tracking. Keep that in mind if you have a smart watch.
The instructions on “how to” were very nice it came with oil for the belt which was great.
My overall favorite is the phone stand. Very nice touch.
With all the research I did this was by far the best treadmill I could find.
Buy it, you won’t regret it.
