I bought this rowing machine because I wanted a full-body workout that engages most of my muscles. This rower does the job perfectly.
It’s incredibly quiet, so I can work out early in the morning without worrying about waking my familes up. The smooth, silent operation is a huge benefit.
The rower also supports the Kinomap app, which has been a great addition to my routine. There’s a phone holder right under the monitor, making it easy to follow along with the app and track my progress. This feature keeps me motivated and adds variety to my workouts.
It’s also lightweight, but sturdy enough; the resistance level is perfect for me. It does exactly what it’s supposed to, I recommend it!

My husband and I have been loving this rowing machine! I’m 5’3″ and he’s 5’9″, both with medium builds, and it fits us both perfectly. We use it almost every day. I usually stick to level 3 for a good workout, while he cranks it up to level 7 for a real challenge.
I love how compact it is. We can easily store it upright and just pull it out of the corner whenever we need it.
