This is my first chest heart rate monitor and I’m happy with my purchase. The monitor connected to my iPhone after a free download of Polar app then connected flawlessly to my Magene C206 Pro GPS bike computer. Magene OnelapFit app connected easily also. I use monitor for exercise and biking. Great value for the $

So other reviews mentioning issues connecting to mobile phones are true, at least for my Android phone it’s impossible. Nevertheless, my primary use is connecting to various Life Fitness machines at my gym (treadmill, elliptical, bike). For this, it works fairly well. I have had some minor difficulties connecting to equipment. The issues got better after I replaced the battery on the monitor, but I still get occasional pairing issues. These usually go away if I just start the pairing process over. I don’t know if these issues are the fault of the heart monitor or the equipment.
So it’s not perfect, but it’s cheap and does what I really needed it to do.

I received it yesterday and tested with my strava app. It’s working well and the continuous heart rate is helping me to stay in aerobic zone while running or exercising.

It keeps dropping out when exercising. I have tried tightening it incase it was loosing connection, but same thing.

Kept thinking my heart was skipping beats, but after replacing battery, all returned to normal. However I have had to replace battery 2x since spring. Am getting a different brand.

Four months in one of the snaps on the chest strap broke. Tried using the sensor with another manufacturers chest strap and it didn’t work.
Hoping to hear back from the seller since it has a one year warranty.
