With a quiet motor and an easy to use remote control there’s a point at which you wonder if you are actually exercising at all. When it stops and you get up you will find you had a very invigorating workout. You will also realize you managed to have that workout while engaged in other activities – computer, phone calls, reading, etc. – and it didn’t interrupt them.
The bike itself takes about 10 minutes to assemble out of the box. Basically you put in a dozen screws on the plates that lock in your peddles onto the drive shafts with the provided tool. After that it is just a matter of pulling out the “battery” plastic to activate your controls and unpacking and plugging in your bikes power block.
The only real adjustment you will have to make is getting used to the angle at which your feet are locked into the peddles. Depending upon your desk height and your chair’s clearance it may feel like you are hanging off your feet as the peddles move. To address that bring your chair slightly closer. A 30 minute work out covers a lot of distance (depending upon the settings you use) and flies by while you are working on other things.
The adjustable workout can take you from a low level light workout to a fairly intense fast moving routine, with a good amount of resistance during the ride. I brought it to work to evaluate how it would fit into an overall work/home health maximization routine and it didn’t interrupt work flow. Except when co-workers asked to try it, which gave me a chance to try out the extension handle when moving it around their offices.
Under a table, counter or work bench it has a relatively small footprint. But once installed under your desk or work area it is unavoidable. Which means you don’t have a lot of excuses not to use it.
This is perfect for the person who’s been ordered to do a daily leg exercise to recover from injuries. It is also good for those with limited mobility who’ve been cleared for at home exercises. But the people who will benefit the most are those who find themselves seated for extended periods due to their work and want to maintain their health and mobility by increasing their exercise routine. If you are making a choice between a vibration plate and this I would go with this for the long muscle engagement and increased range of motion. If you already have a plate and you are considering added another exercise then I would add this bike.

I like it and use for daily exercises

This elliptical has quite a few features, is well-built, and is portable.
Ten different levels to get your heart rate in the range that you are targeting.
The ability to go both forward and backward.
The motor system is very quiet. Even in a quiet office environment, it doesn’t disturb anyone else.
I like the collapsible handle; it makes it much easier to move it to the side when I am done using it for the day.
It is a little higher than some, but the smoothness and quietness of the motors make you feel like you are getting what you paid for.
This should last for years of use if properly maintained.

I recently purchased the YOSUDA PRO Under Desk Elliptical, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home office setup. Here are some key points from my experience:
Pros:
Compact and Portable: The elliptical fits perfectly under my desk, allowing me to exercise while working. The tie rod and roller design make it easy to move around.
Adjustable Resistance and Speed: With 10 levels of resistance and speed, I can customize my workout intensity to match my fitness level and goals. The forward and reverse movement options are great for targeting different muscle groups.
Quiet Operation: The innovative motor and noiseless friction pads ensure that the machine operates smoothly and quietly. I can use it without disturbing my family or colleagues.
User-Friendly: The remote control and simple interface make it easy to start, stop, and adjust settings without bending down. The Bluetooth connectivity to apps like Kinomap and Fitshow is a nice bonus for tracking my progress.
Comfortable and Safe: The large non-slip pedals and anti-slip straps provide a secure and comfortable exercise experience. The low-impact design is gentle on my joints, making it suitable for extended use.
Cons:
Price: While the elliptical is packed with features, it is on the pricier side. However, the quality and functionality justify the investment.
Limited Intensity for Advanced Users: For those looking for a very intense workout, the resistance levels might feel a bit limited. It’s more suited for light to moderate exercise.
Overall:
The YOSUDA PRO Under Desk Elliptical is an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay active while working or watching TV. Its compact design, adjustable settings, and quiet operation make it a versatile and convenient fitness tool. Highly recommended for seniors, office workers, or anyone needing a low-impact exercise option.

Just a clunky product. Not having a power button and having to plug/unplug is just lazy product design. I like the concept, the remote is nice to have, but having to plug/unplug to change settings is lame.

I bought it for my wife, who is recovering from a stroke complicated by the effects of a near-fatal infection. She still has a long way to go before she recovers her strength, function, and confidence. The elliptical machine lets her exercise her legs while she is sitting in her wheelchair, creating much more opportunity for building leg strength, which is a key to getting her walking again. The best part is that she actually enjoys it and therefore uses it many times each day. The only thing I see that needs to be improved is the remote, which is too small for her to hold solidly and has buttons she finds hard to push.
