It works great for my mom. She really likes it but she has a hard time with the remote. It’s really small and she has arthritis. Other than that it’s been great for her.

OK, I’ve had it for a short while so any in-depth review is simply not possible, be real for a minute. SO, some observations to date:
1) Assembly is quick and easy with no issues.
2) The remote control is really more a gimmick than a tool, the controls are in easy reach when using the elliptical
3) The unit does not have a power-off function, despite being intimated in the instructions
4) There is NO app that allows you to track anything; the three (3) potential ones listed are third party only and have ads and/or pay-only functionality
5) The pre-designed programs are extremely poorly documented, what they do and how they differ is a mystery
6) Regular mode seems fine, but it is unclear as I can’t track anything as to the effectiveness.
7) There should be a simple way to set resistance to change the difficulty of a given session; iot is not obvious if this is possible except in one the pre-designed routines
8) Pre-designed routines may be fine, but may also be totally unacceptable for some individuals (such as when recovering from knee surgery.
9) There should be a mechanism to catch the chair leg as in an office most desk chairs are on swivel bases/casters which are not compatible with the unit as designed.
I will continue to use it, as it is very convenient and fits well under the desk.

This machine is great for strengthening legs, knees and feet. I have knee issues, and I have seen the difference in a few weeks. It took me a few days to learn to manipulate the manual and remote knobs, but once I did it was a breeze. I like the 4 setting . . . a little faster and use the machine twice a day for about 20 minutes. Very easy to store or move with the attached handle. 2lb weights were a plus.

The webpage for Youngfit says that they have 2 hour chat but it doesn’t work, there is no 800 number to call so the only option is to email them which I did, I hope that I receive an answer soon. I bought this for my husband on March 20th, yesterday it just stopped working, they claim to have a year guarantee. The concept of this product is great, of course only if it is working.

First the remote didn’t work. Than the power cord didn’t work. Their customer service is good but it takes forever to get a replacement. In addition when you’re using it it can stop and say error. You have to unplug machine and restart it. What we love about it is that it straps your feet to Machine.
